University of the Philippines is the Philippines’ premier university that offers quality higher education. Actually, the University of the Philippines is the only university in the Philippines that has been noted and included at the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) whose membership is made thru casting votes. The University of the Philippines is of course also known for its controversial Oblation Statue- the nude man, which its fraternities mimic it annually and make an “oblation run”.
