1. Miguel Zubiri and Koko Pimentel : Who is the real 12th Senator?

Koko Pimentel : He cheated. I am the real winner on the 12th slot.
Miguel Zubiri : I am no cheat…I am falsely accused without mercy and compassion.

Pimentel and Zubiri : We’re friends now…

Though, Koko Pimentel is already proclaimed the real winner recently, for me Miguel Zubiri is the real true Winner not only on the results of 2007 senatorial election but also in character and deed. For if Koko Pimentel is the real winner why does the senate only now claim that Pimentel have been indeed cheated and won a number of votes and why not during the heated election days then wherein this issue is hot; why they don’t recount then and why only now after 4 years; and why only now because only Miguel Zubiri resign yet Miguel Zubiri never claim he cheated. This is very DUBIOUS. Is the senate cooking something? This is NOT true Justice as they claim; there something amiss. Are they perverting something which the public never knew and the public was conditioned again with a wrong notion that Zubiri is indeed a cheater? Is there a hidden propaganda in this proclamation of Koko?

Koko Pimentel though he loudly says he has been cheated and now vindicated and attain his so-called “real justice”, his actions of immediate desire to seat on Senate and claim his long fantasy of senatorial seats proves his shame-able character, that is a power grabber. For see, if your intention is to serve purely the Filipino nation, you can move on after the failure to have a senatorial seat and pork barrels are not what you are after with, why you run for a senatorial position. It seems, he thirst and salivating for a senate seat and pork barrels rather than the service he can give if he become a senator.

If Pimentel is a good man and have pure intentions why he runs for a senatorial seat then, he will not quickly say he won only because Zubiri resign. For it is obvious that Zubiri vehemently denies the allegation that he cheated and the reason why he resigned because he could not took it anymore the defamation casted against his name, only because he runs as a senator on the ticket of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, he is now been labeled as a cheater.

Being casted as a cheater only because one is in the ticket or ally of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is indeed UNFAIR and UNJUST or a crystal clear pure INJUSTICE.

Zubiri could not take it anymore the injustices being thrown against him yet Pimentel says, he is the one being treated unjustly only because Pimentel never got his desired senatorial seat and pork barrel. What an egoistic person!

Quoting Miguel Zubiri : “Without admitting any fault and with my vehement denial of the alleged electoral fraud hurled against me, I am submitting my resignation as a duly elected senator of the Republic of the Philippines in the election of which I am falsely accused without mercy and compassion..”

However, despite of the unfair treatment Zubiri experienced, he still remains compassionate to Pimentel by giving him the seat which Pimentel is coveting and salivating after though he did not cheat on the senatorial election just only to end the unjust public wrangling and even though Pimentel back bite him by Pimentel’s accusation and loud defamation that he cheated even though Pimentel have no evidence about his accusation against Zubiri. What a good man Miguel Zubiri is, but to Koko Pimentel, a certified power grabber.

For imagine, the accusations has not yet proven(but recently it was proven dubiously as what I have said earlier above on this article) and Zubiri vehemently denies he cheated, yet Koko Pimentel sees Miguel Zubiri’s resignation as an admittal of what he accused against Zubiri and was excited to proclaim himself to be the real winner? Wow! Indeed Koko Pimentel proves to the thinking public (not to the sheeples) that he is a true power grabber; one young “buwaya”(crocodile);shameless. ( I am very sorry to say that)

But has the general Filipino public notice this or some just pretended they don’t notice it. For the general mass has been mentally conditioned by the Aquino administration that GMA and all that are related to her are evil, corrupt and cheater. The Aquino administration is playing injustice to fellow Filipinos by projecting that his administration is against injustice. Hypocrites! They love to please the public than doing what is really right.

2. Helicopter Scam. Former first gentleman Jose Miguel “Mike Arroyo was accused of owning a two used helicopters being sold as brand new to the Philippine National Police (PNP) by the Lion Air president Archibald Legaspi Po; that according to Po, he was force by Mike Arroyo to sell the two used helicopters for 105 million pesos to Philippine National Police (PNP).

Consequently, the Department of Justice put Mike Arroyo on Bureau Immigration in case he will leave the country in the middle of the ongoing case against him, but Mike Arroyo’s lawyers said their client have already leave the country before this helicopter scam have spill out, for health purpose and the former first gentleman leaves the country legally contrary to DOJ sec. De Lima’s suspicion that Mike Arroyo leaves the Philippines in a private plane wherein eventually it turns out that the former first gentleman indeed leaves the country through a legal standard operating procedure where everyone pass through before leaving the Philippines. Thus, DOJ sec. De Lima does a public apology to Mike Arroyo for a lapsing judgment she have committed.

Moreover, it turns out also that Mike Arroyo never really owns the alleged two used helicopters sold as brand new to the Philippine National Police as Archibald Legaspi Po could not present evidence regarding his accusation against the former first gentleman and have a lapsing memory recollection when he was grilled at the Senate and by his own admittal that he and the company Lion Air do really owns the helicopters since the Lion Air is the prime company that provides helicopters to Philippine National Police.

3. More Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) so-called Coffee Scam. It turns out that this so-called coffee scam is just another obsession of Aquino administration to link former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to it, even though there is no anomaly and irregularities on it. It is indeed a pure personal vendetta and manic obsession.

4. Mindanao Peace Talks. Pnoy secretly meet Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) chair Murad Ebrahim at Tokyo Japan regarding peace talks on Mindanao and to make Mindanao a sub state of the Philippines.

This is not surprising because Moro Muslims have long been acquainted with the Aquino family since Marcos times, and I bet this is a secret thing between the Aquino family and the Moro groups like secret society thing that is why Moro easily give in to Aquino’s desires and plans. For Aquino family are Oligarchs, as well as the Islam religion.
Moreover, they have also relation with the Ampatuan family and the late former Philippine president Ms. Corazon Aquino is the one who put the Ampatuans on governance in Maguindanao and not actually GMA that is why also Ampatuans have somewhat especial treatment on the current Aquino administration.

From July 25 To July 31

1. PNoy’s Second State of the Nation Address (SONA). It is quite surprising that PNoy’s second SONA is not filled with his favorite keyword – GMA, literally but metaphorically Gloria still exists within his SONA. Perhaps, his speech writer have read online Pinoy public forums and newspapers, thus PNoy’s speech is not filled literally with anti-GMA just like before. However, the anti-GMA plot still exist through mentioning irregularities and anomalies on past government departments like the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

But one thing that never change; his speech is still hypocritical and full of arrogance. If he indeed some of his expose are accurately true and proven to be really happening, then he can speak it loudly in pubic about it, but unfortunately, some of his expose are already proven to be incorrect and inaccurate and some are not true but just a product of a malicious mind and revengefully wrathful heart.

2. Luzon Earthquake and Typhoon Juaning. After PNoy deliver his second SONA, the Luzon region of the Philippines was stricken with a tectonic earthquake coming from the bottom of the adjacent sea with highest magnitude of 6 on the ritcher’s scale then followed by a strong typhoon Juaning that cause heavy rains and floods and deaths.

The sudden onslaughts of earthquake and typhoon Juaning after PNoy’s speech makes some Pinoys think that Mother Nature was offended by Noynoy’s “lying lips” and “forked tongue” because there is a popular Pinoy saying that says “Tamaan ako ng kidlat kung nagsisinungaling ako” (“lighting should strike me if I lie”)

Furthermore, the sudden coming also of typhoon Juaning has caused some to blame the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) for not forecasting accurately causing deaths due to unpreparedness.

3. GMA’s Spine Surgery. Pain in the neck by former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was diagnosed by her doctors to be a misalignment of a portion of her spine at the neck that constrict the nerves, thus causing pain. The doctors recommend a quick surgery for it because according to the doctors who diagnosed Ms. Arroyo, the misalignment could cause an irreversible damage or her cervical spine for according to the doctors this misalignment of spine is cause by aging and stress brought by wearing and tearing of some nerves on it.

Fortunately, the operation was successful according to recent reports.

4. Philippine Azkals Game against Kuwait Team. Unfortunately, though their game was held in the Philippines and was back up by Filipino fans, the Philippine football team –Philippine Azkals never won the game.

5. “We are sorry”??? These are the words of Senior Supt. Rafael Santiago together with his men as their public apology to the Filipino people for admitting that they participated on the alleged election fraud on 2004, that according to them, they are the ones who switch election returns (ER) at the Batasang Pambansa complex in January-February 2005 with fake election returns to reassure the winnings of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

These police not only implicated GMA but also ordinary Comelec employees and volunteers who according to them participated on the cheating or fraud. But can they name names?

According to Department of Justice (DOJ) secretary Laila de Lima, everyone involved on the allege 2004 election fraud should be punished. But the question is how they will do it? And how they will prove that the allegations of Senior Supt. Rafael Santiago is indeed very true though he has a so-called “video” and “true ERs” to back up his accusations and punished everyone involved including ordinary employees and volunteers since that was already a very long time ago? How accurate it will be the investigation?

Yes, how will they name names especially to those ordinary employees and volunteers who participated on the so-called alleged election cheating? Will de Lima just pinpoint anyone as long as she saw logical connection on the names without accurate evidence? This is very critical.

Yes, they were really “Sorry” to the Filipino people for inviting an impending civil chaos in the Philippines once this alleged 2004 election fraud keep rolling and hitting innocent Filipinos that can be suspected having connection to the alleged 2004 election fraud if one’s name matches DOJ sec. De Lima’s own logic though one is not involved on it. For according to DOJ sec. De Lima everyone should be punish even the ordinary employees and volunteers then.

6. Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Coffee Scam. “Misinformed”, that was former chairman of Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Efraim Genuino label President Noynoy Aquino’s arrogant allegations on his SONA.
According to Genuino, the current Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) chair Cristino Naguit Jr. misinformed PNoy regarding the said alleged anomaly or irregularity and that Naguit’s math is definitely wrong and Naguit was only making revenge against him and against GMA for he was axed then as an audit chief Officer of Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) during the administration of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo because of incompetency.

Current Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Cristino Naguit Jr. accusation on the alleged Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) coffee scam was purely Malice and vendetta as his own statement testifies “..scandalous, outrageous, and offensively excessive…”

Former Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) chair Efraim Genuino said that the accusations accused by Naguit that Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) during his term is not true. But the truth is the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) then never paid for the coffee consumption of Casino customers then contrary to Naguit’s claim and there is nothing on the records to prove Naguit’s wild malice and accusations.
He said the patrons who ordered beverages then paid it through Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) ‘s Player tracker System (PTS) or PTS cards that contained points whenever they play Casino games and were used like cash to pay for the coffee or beverages. Moreover, if the Casino customers do not have PTS cards, the customers voluntarily pay in cash for their own coffee.

From July 18 To July 24 2011

1. Maguindanao Connivance Against GMA? After the expose of Zaldy Ampatuan that former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (GMA) have cheated the 2004 and 2007 election; for the first time after four years of missing in action, former Maguindanao election supervisor Lintang Bedol appears in the public to affirm what Zaldy Ampatuan have revealed. Consequently, the Aquino Camp was ecstatically glad and happy in hoping that what they have long suspected and insinuating against GMA on the public will finally have evidence to back it up.But,is it really?

For sudden coming out of Lintang Bedol from his hiding in tune with Zaldy Ampatuan’s expose raise a suspicion why he just appear now after four years of hiding and neglecting and ignoring the summons of the COMELEC then to testify on the alleged irregularities of 2007 elections. Moreover, according to news report, it is said that before he came out in the public, he is already on the custody of the present government and was just urged to come out or to surrender by Interior Secretary Jese Robredo.

And after the reappearance of Lintang Bedol, Zaldy Ampatuan was rushed into a hospital outside the prison cell because of a health problem which was first publish on the reports that he has diabetes but lately the doctor which believe to have close connection with him reports that Zaldy have heart health problem which consequently raise suspicion on the side of the parties of the victims of Maguindanao massacre, that the present government is doing something fishy to save Zaldy from persecution only because Zaldy utter the magic word –GMA.

Furthermore, though the Supreme Court already junked the unconstitutional Executive Order 1 (EO1) of PNoy, the Pnoy administration still persist in their desire to prosecute and jail GMA without any solid evidence on their accusation against GMA. The Aquino administration is purely desperate and obsessed of something they have thought to be true yet it seems in reality it is not because they could not even present any solid evidence on their accusation against GMA.

The Aquino administration is somewhat in the state of delirium and could not accept the probable truth and reality that GMA could be innocent after all. They are afraid of their own shame they themselves have continually creating, thus it is hard for them to accept the reality and truth that they might have made a mistake on their accusations against GMA.

2. Expected Theme of PNoy’s forthcoming second State of the Nation Address (SONA). Almost everybody in the Philippines have the same predictions what might be the theme or plot of PNoy’s second State of the Nation Address (SONA) and they are all expecting it. That is, PNoy’s SONA will be another litany of whining against the past administration of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

In line with the expected forthcoming SONA of PNoy, the lawyers of GMA advise GMA not to attend to PNoy’s latest SONA on July 25, for as expected, it will be again against her.

The Whining of Wang Wang

As usual as expected, there are a lot of whining and complains on President Noynoy’s second SONA against the former administration but was only address rhetorically and not directly on his previous speeches; slandering and accusing the former administration while exalting one’s administration with this and that statistics wherein some find PNoy’s own version of stats as dubious and somewhat not credible if one based it on what is really happening in the Philippines; and if one will analyze it. Let us just see on the following days if his new expose particularly on the PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation)coffee scam is indeed accurately true or just like the PCSO (Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office) alleged corruption which is inaccurately not true which only falls into the garbage bin.

Faultfinding on past administration (the GMA (Gloria Macapagal Arroyo) administration) is somewhat the main goal of PNoy six year presidency and NOT primarily the welfare of every Filipinos, according to him: “…marami pang kalokohan ang nahalungkat natin..”. For according to him, GMA is the inventor of corruption in the Philippines which is needed to be uprooted in order the Philippines can move on, whereas, this notion or perception of him is not actually true but only his own self-delusional “wang wang” head. That is why the Supreme Court junked his first Executive Order (EO) or the Truth Commission which is solely and wholly against GMA because GMA is not the inventor of corruption in the Philippines and to say or accused GMA as the epitome of ultimate corruption in the Philippine politics is indeed very stupid, evil, unjust, unfair, bias and against human rights of GMA and against fellow Filipino (or against fellow Filipino which is GMA).

Yet PNoy himself says “…..Tapusin na po natin ang kultura ng negatibismo; iangat natin ang kapwa-Pilipino sa bawat pagkakataon…”; Very Hypocritical! Why, is GMA not a fellow Filipino? And why does he advocate culture of negativity against GMA which is his fellow Filipino if he hates culture of negativism and wants to uphold fellow Filipinos? That is why majority of thinking Filipinos calls PNoy a “Hypocrite Yellow Zombie” because of the blatant hypocrisy he is displaying in the public.

The worse part of his second SONA (State of the Nation Address) is he boasts his “wang wang” accomplishment as major major accomplishment that creates major major effects nationwide or in the entire Philippines.

PNoy’s head is indeed full of “wang wang” and he is been culture shock by it. What a petty accomplishment to boast on a SONA and even a poor analogy to signify so-called “corrupt/abusive officials”. For in other countries, dignitaries use “wang wang” for security reasons and not for show off activities like a second hand Porsche car which is only use to show off though it has no “wang wang” because not all dignitaries and ordinary people who use “wang wang” on their mobile vehicle are “corrupt people” or “abusive people’ neither using “wang wang” is a bad or corrupt idea.

What an insecure baldy old man! (Sorry to say that)

Why does he use also “wang wang” on his Porsche car so that no one will counter flow his ways and will not be sick with headache when counter flowed on his path? Oh, he can’t because he is too insecure to use even one of it lest he will look boastful just like the ones he use to see on the streets which pissed him off. What a hypocrite and self-righteous baldy old man. Perhaps, he is having a male menopause already. Thus, he wants to punish them when he becomes the president of the Philippines; so does him now, now that he is already the Philippine president.

Actually, he has illogical contradictory statement in his SONA regarding using “wang wang”; he says those who use “wang wang” are abusive and oppressive government officials that needed to be punish yet in his other statement, he said only the President, the Vice president, Senate President, House Speaker, Chief Justice, police, firemen, and ambulance are the only ones who can use “wang wang” on their mobile car? So therefore according to his own logic, the President, et.al are the abusive and oppressive government officials? Because the President, et.al are government officials that use “wang wang”. So therefore who are the government officials he is pertaining to who use “wang wang” and counter flowing in the traffic if they are not the President, et,al themselves? The senators? the congressman? How would he know that a mobile car with “wang wang” in the streets is an abusive and oppressive government officials if perchance, the owner of the car is just an ordinary Filipino? I bet, he is striking to the former Presidents in the Philippines, especially to GMA who have use “wang wang”.

And one thing, if according to him only the President, et.al are the only valid people in the Philippines who can use “wang wang”, why does he do not use “wang wang” on his presidential car and entourage since he is now the President of the Philippines and have the right to use “wang wang?

Indeed, he is a hypocrite and self-righteous President.

From July 11 To July 17

Top Happenings in the Philippines within the days between July 11,2011 up to July 17,2011 that make a noise in the Philippines in accordance to my observation as well as my own opinions regarding them.

1. Zaldy’s Truth or Way Out? One will wonder why Zaldy Ampatuan only now reveal (if it is true) that former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo indeed cheat the 2004 and 2007 elections and not on the middle of its investigation then, now that he is in the brink to be sentenced on court for the Maguindanao Massacre accused against him, his brother and his father? So what is his hidden motive for doing such, to save himself?

If his purpose is only to save his life, then his revelations could not be true but it is just his trick to bait the PNoy administration since GMA is the weakness of PNoy. Furthermore, his mere testimony without any solid material evidence to back it up will not be strong enough to implicate GMA on the alleged 2004 and 2007 election cheating for the court never honors much a mere mouth-testimony only because eye witness testimonies are not always reliable and credible since humans tends to have memory lapses.

But since PNoy is GMA obsessed, he bite the bait and would like to turn upside down the table making Zaldy Ampatuan a star witness rather than one of the main suspects of the Maguindanao massacre only because PNoy hear the majic word – GMA. Thus, he could now pervert justice just only he could feed his own wrath and obsession against GMA.

Actually, Malacanang have already given Zaldy Ampatuan a lawyer as a star witness.

Not only PNoy got hook on Zaldy’s bait but also the rest who were obsessed to know the truth behind the alleged 2004 and 2007 election fraud especially on Maguindanao.But is Zaldy a credible witness or proof to discover the truth about the 2004 to 2007 election fraud or he will just pervert only more everything since we already knew that he is in the brink of being sentence for the Maguindanao massacre and he is just fabricating something just to save himself?

What a shame to this current administration if they succumb to this kind of trickery if Zaldy is just fabricating lies just to save himself.

2. Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) so-called “corruption” is a fraud. The accusation of new management of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) against the past administration regarding corrupt practices and bishops receiving pajeros and cash was proven to be not accurately true and the new management of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) are the ones who are doing a corrupt practices instead by insinuating on the public something not true and the bishops wanted a public apology for the stain the false accusation of the new management of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) have caused to their morale and reputation, but PNoy is reluctant to give in to such request though his another new appointee have failed again.

3. A Call To Oust PNoy by Col. Generoso Mariano. An incumbent deputy commander of the Naval Reserve Command, Col.Geneorso Mariano on a video call the nation to do an action to replace the incompetence Aquino administration by forcing PNoy to oust thru People Power[??] which culminates the start of dissatisfaction of big and dignitary people in the Philippines against PNoy style of presidency contrary to PNoy’s self-delusional claim that majority of Filipinos love him and those who oppose him are just mere GMA supporters or opposition supporters. However, this is not the first time a dignitary person calls the public to dethrone PNoy on his post, but lately a Butuan Bishop named Juan De Dios Pueblos calls PNoy to resign.

This scenario is good for it teaches PNoy not to be arrogantly haughty and too much braggart-ly self-righteous. But it seems it has no effect to humble his boastfulness for he just brush it off that it is just the opinion of one person and no one supports Mariano.

Actually, though some Filipinos do not like anymore PNoy, they also already hate going to streets and perform another People Power but rather just withstand PNoy’s incompetency, hypocrisy, braggart-ness, and self-righteousness for more years hoping a miracle will come.

4. Crocodile Attacks. The gruesome death of a fisherman has brought back the public scare of crocodile attacks and some old cases wherein the prime suspect is the crocodile. Communities near swamps and rivers are often the sudden helpless victims of the onslaughts of a hungry crocodile.

5. New Sexiest Woman in FHM world. This newest top sexy woman in the FHM world is a Filipina named Sam Pinto which gains large percentage of votes around the FHM male subscribers around the world where FHM magazine is available.

From July 4 To July 10

1. Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Irregularities? What is really regular? Yes, it is the poor factor again is the issue for alleged anomalies and irregularities; it is the insecurities of those who covet the office of PCSO that when expenses were not directed to the benefit of the poor ones, it is called “Corruption” even though there is none(The customary practice is the one must be change if one desire to change it and not casting a bad connotation regarding such practice to be “corrupt act” which only spew misinformation, wrath and mistrust of the ignorant masses)

Mudslinging activities should be stop instead because it does not help the country but rather divides the country and only creates schism. Political mudslinging headed by none other than the new Philippine president Benigno Aquino III or PNoy is indeed the “real corruption” that must be stop, for it do not only corrupts fellow political opponents’ dignity and honor but also it corrupts people’s mind that leads them to exercise and practice unfair judgment, thus corrupting the entire nation.

Is mudslinging or malicious attacks against political opponents on the public eye even on the political pulpit a “straight path (daang matuwid)” as PNoy administration promotes?

2. Heartless Rule of the Law versus Human Compassion. The law must not rule over men because the laws are just the creation of men but if law rules over mankind, it is like worshipping a graven image believed to be god that sends plagues and punishment to those who oppose and do not worship the graven image. Yes, it is idolatrous and spiritual corruption. For just like the graven image that do not have a heart to understand so also the Law. Moreover, laws are egoistically Bias in nature thus it says “Walang sinasanto, lahat sinasagasaan; Walang kapatid, walang minimal at Walang PUSO at Kaluluwa”(“No one is above the law; no one is excluded; no saint, no brothers, no friends at most NO HEART AND NO SOUL”) because it only listens and understands itself. Thus, laws imposed without a human heart are Cruel, ruthless, Tyrant, Oppressive, Anti-human and most of all EVIL.

The Davao city Mayor Sara Duterte is on the national hot seat for her conduct to defend poor people from being homeless due to the demolition team that are summon by a higher authority to imposed the “rule of law” no matter what.

On Her compassionate act, the cruel rule of the law want to suck her up by filing an administrative lawsuit against her compassionate act to depend the poor people being force to be homeless, which the law called “bad conduct” only because she punch the agent of the law to depend human rights.

But fortunately, there is no one file a complaint against her even the court sheriff which she have assaulted but the higher authority wants to punish her. Cruel Law!

3. Philippine Azkals New Game. The Philippine football team is on the limelight again for a brand new game. Cheers Phil! Ehehe.

4. New Plunder cases against GMA. Anti-GMA will do everything just to satisfy their boiling compulsion and obsession to Kill and Chop former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her family and friends and former cabinet staffs into tiny pieces. That is how sadistic and demonic they become because of their anger and wrath against GMA.

Their pursuit to kill a small fellow Filipina woman seems to be endlessly cruel and unforgiving because the cases and lawsuits filed against GMA and her family and former cabinet staffs is continuously pouring. That’s what I called REAL EVIL act. For it is too much.

5. Hacienda Luisita Conflict. The long battle and struggle of the farmers against Aquino family own hacienda estate is still unsettled though the Supreme Court recently allows farmers to vote on two choices: that is either if they want land ownership or have shares of stocks in Hacienda Luisita Inc.

Farmers were divisive and sometimes indecisive in their choices because of some fear and anxiety of being tricked and deceived by the Aquinos.

6. Kylie Minogue Concert. The world renowned Australian pop superstar Kylie Minogue have arise from the Philippine sea as the Greek Aphrodite on her giant golden sea shell and spellbound the Filipino audience satisfied though the tickets on her Philippine concert is chokingly costly.

From June 27 To July 3

The following are the top happenings in the Philippines in accordance to my own observation which make a noise in the days within June 27 up into July 3 in the year 2011.

1. Proud To Be PNoy. Yes, PNoy is proud of himself and his so-called “achievements” on his first year as the Philippine president and so glad that Ms. Gloria Arroyo distance herself from him that she is not like PNoy and claim that his major “achievement” is he made “Filipino Care” or according to him he has remove “apathy, dejection and resignation” from Filipino’s attitude toward the government; which is indeed so capriciously self-righteous and stupid claim. For even without him, Filipinos already care since then for the good of their country or for good governance and economic progress and hopeful and expectant of change for every new Philippine president that sit Malacanang.

Oh wait a minute, what about the surveys that is sprouting everywhere that “pogitize” PNoy? Are they reliable and credible or just a mere trick so that PNoy’s administration remain intact and the Filipino masses will not be agitated by sudden surge of bad news? Oh, I got it, so that is why PNoy is busy on cleaning his cabinet? So, this is the source of his vainglorious bragging on the pulpit? Therefore, is this what he only can do and achieved on his presidency? For we all know, all the good stuffs Filipinos were experiencing today were the fruits of the sowing and hard work of the past administration of Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo which PNoy just “Rename” and plagiarized to be his own “achievement”?

2. Gifts, Corrupt Funds, or Tradition? Another unearthing of the so-called “GMA corruption” of PNoy administration explode into public circus just like the so-called “corruption (or euphemistically called “irregularities”)” unearth on the military forces that have killed former AFP chief Angelo Reyes because of the expose. The unearth so-called “Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) corruption of funds instead of giving to the favorite class of people-the poor” through the alleged overspending to advertisement by the former PCSO management and Catholic Bishops receiving sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and cash from the funds of PCSO.

Some Catholic bishops admitted they have received it but they defend that it is a long time tradition in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and promised to return back what they have received to PCSO.

The new Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) management exposes this expose and hypocritically said that the former PCSO management should have given its funds to the poor Filipinos.

3. Killer Webb or Killer Wave of Lies? Department of Justice (DOJ) and National Bureau of Investigation were branded by Mr. Freddie Webb “EVIL” because of their attempt to double jeopardized his son Hubert Webb for the crime his son did not even commit through inciting and insinuating that Hubert Webb indeed is the suspect of the Visconde crime by presenting another new evidences and new dubious set of witnesses which never float after 20 years of the case.

What is more intriguing here is what all have been wondering is “Why Now”? And why does they do not look on the other angle of the crime for about 20 years? How can they be so very sure that it is indeed Hubert Webb and et.al who did the crime unless they have personally witness the crime by the NBI and DOJ and Mr. Lauro Visconde that is why they are steadfast on their claim that it is indeed Hubert Webb and et.al who have did it.

4. “Bata-Bata” Sa Showbiz. (a) Young Actress Andi Eigenmen surprise preggy issue from her first boyfriend which her mom actress Jacklyn Jose have confirmed and got mad on the attitude of her daughter’s first boyfriend to claim the responsibility as the father of the baby. (b) Actor Derek Ramsey surprise legal marriage which his longtime showbiz girlfriend actress Angelica Panganiban never knew about which could undermine and ruin their good relationship. (c) Ex-jealousies? Actress Angel Locsin could not took anymore the slandering jealousies of her ex-boyfriend (which is rumored to be the actor TV host Luis Manzano) on her own twitter account regarding her dating with Philippine Azkals Phil Younghusband and she makes a big blow.

5. Mayor Punch. Davao city Mayor Sara Duterte assaulted repeatedly a court sheriff that is task to demolish houses on Barangay Soliman has become a sensational tweets on twitter by Filipinos and become a public issue if what she have done is right or wrong. Recently, the Davao city mayor was received a lawsuit for her unbecoming conduct as a city mayor.

6. Philippine Azkals New Game. Much awaited new football game of Philippine Azkals against Sri Lanka football team is on the public watch if the Philippine football team will enter the qualifying match on the World Cup.

From June 20 To June 26

This latest Philippine storm for the week rules the Philippine skies and spread rains across the Philippines and causes floods; but just like a weekly typhoon that is sweeping the Philippines that has only one week lives, so also falcon flew away after a week of blasting the streets in the Philippines with floods.

2. PNoy versus GMA and Vice-versa. Not only PNoy himself and GMA herself were involved on somewhat endless political mudslinging activities but also their respective allies and supporters calling one another “retarded”(AbNoy[PNoytard]/GMAtard) and sarcastically saying “Look who is talking?” which is already annoying and of course divisive on the Philippines solidarity as a nation.

But who started this divisive and mudslinging acts and made Malacanang and Philippine presidency a political pulpit that always preach that Gloria is “evil”, Gloria and her allies are corrupt, etc.?

Is this what PNoy can do as the Philippine president (it has been one year actually); preach and preach that Satan(Gloria) and her minions (Gloria’s allies) are evil and must fight with and he is the messenger and the hope and the way that could lead us into the straight path(daang matuwid) like Jesus Christ that could salvage the Philippines from hell and corruption which Satan have chained the Philippines? Hallelujah! Oh Praise PNoy!?? I never knew that this religious tactics could sell on politics because many Filipinos vote for him just because He preaches that he will lead the Philippines into the straight path during his election campaign like Jesus Christ preaching salvation and right path.

If PNoy and his allies and supporters always find fault within his term and always conditioned the nation into a malicious thinking mindset, for sure the Philippines will go straight to Hell than PNoy’s promised heaven. For finding fault always is dividing and not unifying the Filipino people into one harmonious and peaceful nation.

If he preaches the “good path”, he should show it and practice it and not just sweet empty promise of hope and irritating Hypocrisy as if GMA is the ultimate epitome of evil and he the angel of light and good.

3. Casting Out The Blazing Fire. It seems, the United States have
notice that its siding on the side of the Philippines only fuels the igniting fire of Spratlys ownership and China’s temper more boiling; thus, it make a move to calm down everything, else if it explodes, everyone will be burn alive on the Spratlys Islands. Yet, the US promise to arm the Philippines Military defense.

From June 20 To June 26

From June 13 To June 19

Philippine news and happenings which top or headed the Filipino public awareness from week June 13 up to June 19 and that fills up the news on Philippine Television and Philippine newspaper, in accordance to my own observation. Here are they:

1. Spratlys Again. “Who owns the Spratlys fights”, divides the islands to an endless struggle for sovereignty. It will not resolve the issue if every concerned countries have this on their mind for it is evident geographically that concerned countries have divided share and no one owns the whole South China Sea and the islands therein.

It would better that the concerned countries share peacefully than egoistically fight who owns the Spratlys which leads to nowhere but only endless disputes and worst will lead into war only because of a tiny islands like little children fighting for a one little candy. It is a childish way.

Former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is somewhat right on her peace pact like plan which gave the concerned countries an equal share of the islands to avoid war than PNoy’s egoistical approach to it that will only leads eventually to war. But for sure PNoy’s own incompetency to resolve the issue will blame it again to Gloria, as usual just to hide his own incompetency which he have already really done, as the recent reports said.

If you examined the issue, will the concerned countries, especially China concede that Spratlys is indeed Philippines’ territorial possession when China has its own, according to them solid evidence to claim Spratlys and throw out of whack Philippines grounded claim on the islands?

And what this meddling issues of America and other countries out there backing up the Philippines on its claim of sovereignty over the Spratlys. Are these  meddling countries truly backing up the Philippines or are they just using the Philippines  as a stepping stone to fulfill their political agenda against China? This siding act is quite dangerous because it spew disgusting signs of future world war. And if America is for World Peace why it is siding the Philippines which only creates conflicts rather than being magnanimous and neutral in the issue that will create peace between China and Philippines.

2. Food Poisoning Incidents. A subsequent event of food poisoning incident, namely first from Calumpit Bulacan which brought more than 200 people(children and adults) to hospitals because of aching stomach and sluggishness after eating “spaghetti” from a birthday party; and followed by another report of similar incident from Tuguegarao Cagayan which brought 46 people to hospitals and have killed two children after eating the food in the school canteen which believe to have oxalic acid but recently it was tentatively reported that it is not oxalic acid but sodium nitrate or “salitre” which the teacher who cook the food mistaken the sodium nitrate as salt.

These two incidents of food poisoning bring back into public awareness that food doesn’t only make your physical body alive but it could also kill it, if improper handling of food is not done and observed.

There are already number of case of food poisoning in the Philippines and most especially happens on schools, but still lessons have not yet learned, thus history repeats itself.

3.The Peril of Online Social Networking. The case of actor-director Ricky Rivero who almost die because of stab wounds brought to him by his new found facebook friend name Hans Ivan Ruiz as the news trying to say to the public, as well as the subsequent case of a young college girl who lost her insanity after being raped many times by her alleged meet up with her Tagged friends on social networking site – Tagged sparks new public fear that there is a great danger when one socialize online with someone whom one do not know personally when one attempt to meet up a new found one friend personally.

4. Jose Rizal’s Birthday. Annually immortalizing a so-called Filipino hero name Jose Rizal who spend his life indulging on personal gain of knowledge away from the Philippines amidst Spanish tyrannical occupation in the Philippines before he come back in the Philippines,and die because he was accused as “heretic(erehe)” against strictly imposed Christianity by the Spaniards in the Philippine then wherein Jose Rizal become a freemasonic on his beliefs which he used i guess to scrap away the Spanish-inspired Christianity and imposed his own religious beliefs which incensed the Spanish priests which prompts them to label Jose Rizal “heretic” and deliver to death sentence trough firing squad to protect and defend the Filipinos through his new found religion; is indeed absurd and unfair to other Filipinos who truly fought the Spanish occupation who do not leave the entire Philippines so that they could study first abroad of how to fight the Spaniard just like what Jose Rizal have done; or who never left their homelands amidst the ruling of the Spanish yet not known in history because they were not financially rich like Jose Rizal. It is sickening to call a National hero, a person who leave the country amidst the tyrannical rule of a conqueror and left his own people just to pursue his personal dream to study what he wanted study abroad. Is that a hero?

5. Miley Cyrus Concert. Another international young pop singer sensation invades the Philippine concert grounds and rock her Filipino fans with her smashing hit songs like, ”The Climb”, ”Take Me Along”, ”Simple Song”, ”Party in the USA”, and others. Yes, Miley Cyrus is in the house. Last June 17, she rock the concert ground of SM Mall of Asia with her concluded Philippine concert.

6. Typhoon “Egay”. It seems the Philippines is receiving a weekly dose of storms, for another storm for the week strike Pinas and hits our Top list – the typhoon “Egay”. However, it is not quite super typhoon anyway. But hold your seats again this week for another typhoon dosage – the forthcoming of typhoon “falcon”. For according to weather forecast, another typhoon will follow the typhoon “Egay” this week which gave early warnings and preparation for the forthcoming of this new storm.
