Ayala Corporation recently declared that it has bag first the money allotted for PNoy’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) program amounting 2 billion pesos for the project Daang Hari-South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Link Road which is considered to be the very first project auctioned by the Aquino administration for its Public-Private Partnership(PPP) program; to be the winning bidder and were so very excited to bag more.

“We are delighted to have submitted a competitive proposal for the first project under the government’s public-private partnership program. This is a good initial foray in the transport infrastructure space and we believe this successful experience working within a public-private partnership framework would be helpful in pursuing future projects under the ppp program”, said by Ayala Corporation president and chief operating officer Fernando Zobel de Ayala.
They bag the fund last December 22,2011 hand over by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and were also expected to complete all the requirements for the right-of-way within six months upon signing the concession agreement.

However, the Ayala Corporation is not alone on this project but in partnership with a Spanish Engineering company, Getinsa; that will help the Ayala conglomerate in their expertise in infrastructure projects the detailed design of the project is expected to be complete within four months.

The Link Road project is named “Daang Hari” because the road will start at the Daang Hari if one is in Imus cavite and desire to enter the south Luzon expressway near the Susana Heights Interchange and would enter Cavite.

Actually, this road project is a major arterial road that will connect the towns of Imus, Dasmarinas, and Bacoor Cavite to Metro Manila via South Luzon Expressway (SLEx).It is a Cavite bound road or a road that will provide strategic access to Cavite.

This road project handled by the Ayala Corporation under PNoy’s Public-private partnership program is expected to start its construction by February 2012(segment 1) and will end on September 2012(segment 2)

The expected starting toll rate once this project is finally running or open: P17 for class 1 vehicles,P34 for class 2 vehicles and P51 for class 3 vehicles; all the toll rates are valued-added tax(VAT) inclusive or have already value-added tax(VAT) included on each.
This road project is advantageous to Ayala Corporation because through this road, their real estate properties within Cavite can now be easily accessible to their estate owners and clients.

Another road in the Philippines that is mostly the few rich clans in the Philippines has more advantage of.

Even though the appointment of Chief Justice Renato Corona is really legal and constitutional as certified by the Supreme Court and Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and the only whine of Noynoy and his ally is that Chief Justice Corona is appointed within the ban period and alleged ally of former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, still some congressmen and women in the House of Representatives sell their souls in exchange for money and fear as one of the true ally of Noynoy spill the beans and let the cat out from the bag as he confess he could no longer bear in his conscience what Noynoy wants them to do just only to impeach Chief Justice Renato Corona and reveals the illegal stuff Noynoy camp is cooking.

Navotas representative Toby Tiangco expressed his disappointment against PNoy’s illegal actions and could not bear the railroaded impeachment of Chief Justice Renato Corona which is clearly illegal or unconstitutional because it lack due process and they were blackmail to vote for “yes” else their priority development assistance fund (PDAF) or widely known as “pork barrel” will not be release but if they blindly vote “yes” on complaint, additional support will be bestowed to them from the President himself, ala “thank you gift”? Thus, consequently he resigns because he could not exchange the integrity of the House of Representative for money. Those solons who disregard the rule of the law in exchange for money have damaged the integrity of the House he said.

“I admired the president and his wish for the straight path for the country. I know that the President himself is an example of one who follows the laws of the land… So, it seems inconsistent that a President, who follows basic traffic rules, does not want due process to be followed.. At the opening of the Majority caucus (Monday), I was shocked to hear the opening statement of the leadership of the House (saying) that because of the alleged association of Chief Justice Corona to his patron, the former President Gloria Arroyo, he is the obstacle to the plans of the President, and that the only thing to do is to remove the Chief Justice… We were clearly given two choices: to sign or not to sign, But the worst part of it all is that that no questions would be entertained.”

The proof of what Navotas representative Toby Tiangco have said regarding the denial or non-release of their priority development assistance fund (PDAF) was seen upon Batangas Rep. Hermilando Mandanas which was instantly removed from his post by not signing “yes” on the complaint.

“ Knowing PNoy, we are very sure that our constituents in our districts would most certainly suffer if we did not sign the articles of impeachment because Malacañang would find every excuse to make sure that our entitlements are not released. However, as the rift between the executive and judiciary branch of the government of the Philippines perpetrated by the no less than the current Philippine president himself, PNoy; progress, the real agenda and motif of PNoy why he hates so much Chief Justice Corona aside from Corona affiliation with Mrs. Arroyo; truly ,it is indeed the distribution of Hacienda Luisita to its farmers makes PNoy goes mad on impeaching Chief Justice Corona whatever means in order to reverse the ruling of the Supreme Court regarding the distribution of it by appointing a new Chief Justice that will favor his desire and commands as the source said in the Daily tribune newspaper that Noynoy was berated by the elder Cojuangco if they lose the hacienda under his administration.

“From the time of (President Ramon) Magsasay, the hacienda land was never lost. When Martial Law came, we still did not lose our land. GMA (Gloria Arroyo) and Cory had a fight during GMA’s presidency, we Cojuangcos still did not lose our land. Now that that you (Noynoy) are president, we lose the hacienda!… You are the reason for our loss of the hacienda, because even the Supreme Court you had to fight with!,”

Yup, it is indeed a crying shame and disgrace for Noynoy on his Cojuangco relatives if they lose the hacienda at the hands of their own relative being as the President of the Philippines; thus Noynoy will do his best to please his Cojuanco relatives using the guise of “pro-poor” and “anti-corruption drive” and forget his mandate to uphold democracy and rule of the law.

P-Noy respect the Supreme People’s Court of China on regards to China’s Supreme Court’s decision on his fellow Filipino to be guilty of the accusation of illegal drug trafficking and be sentenced to death penalty and doesn’t care if this Overseas Filipino Worker is guilty or innocent of the allegations because he will not benefit something from it unlike to the allegations being thrown against former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo that will benefit his own personal vendetta for his family own[?] Hacienda Luisita as well as his political career. But he himself disrespect the Supreme Court of the country he is leading with as its President because the decision of the Supreme Court doesn’t benefit him and doesn’t yield to his own personal agenda of persecuting and incarcerating Mrs. Arroyo.

He repeatedly says, he is for the welfare of the Filipino people but what about the Filipino farmers on their own [?] Hacienda, why he did not seek their welfare, are the Hacienda Luisita farmers not Filipinos? Or does he is thinking that Hacienda Luisita farmers are not Filipinos, that is why he doesn’t care for their welfare but treat them as their family enemies? I thought he is for the welfare of the Filipino people or for only those who side their whims and insanity? If so therefore, he is indeed a Big Liar by saying he cares for the welfare of the Filipinos.

It seems this is very true just how he treated Mrs. Arroyo and Mrs. Arroyo’s former government staffs, he is treating them as not his fellow Filipinos even though it obviously shows that what he whining about against Mrs. Arroyo and Mrs. Arroyo’s former government staffs on public are just nothing but a mere hearsay based on nothing but only malice, speculations and vendetta. He is passionate and zealous on persecuting Mrs. Arroyo because he will gain something from it not like his disinterest on how to depend OFWs being sentenced to death on other countries if these fellow Filipinos of him are innocent or not because obviously he will not benefit something from it if he put forth all his power, authority and influence, and his mob to depend their fellow Filipinos abroad. How very selfish and hypocrite he is, is not it?

But what about the sudden “Chinese Holiday” he would like to imposed as a new Holiday the Filipino people should celebrate this coming year 2012,does this mean he care for the Chinese-Filipino community in the Philippines? Guess what, the reason for sudden Chinese Holiday is because he learned that his mother’s descendants are Chinese or his ancestry is Chinese blood. Make sense why he respect the China’s Supreme People’s Court against Overseas Filipino Workers who has been sentenced to death without any clear investigation by the Philippine government if these Filipinos were innocent or not of the accusation of the government of China to them. Truly Noynoy is Anti-Pinoy because his real blood is Chinese. The Philippine Cojuangcos actually, especially Noynoy’s mother the late former Philippine president Corazon “Cory” Aquino.

It is obviously, a self centered holiday yet masquerading as if he do it for all the welfare of all Filipino people without a personal selfish intention .Oh wait, what about the new EDA Revolution holiday? Of course, this is already obvious.

Therefore, Noynoy who hypocritically projects to be Pro-Filipino is not indeed Pure Filipino and doesn’t actually seek the welfare of true Filipinos but his fellow Chinese blood relatives – the Cojuangcos – instead.

Cory, a Filipino saint and mother of Philippine democracy? No way! Because Cory is not True Blooded Filipino.

If Department of Justice(DOJ) secretary Laila De Lima wherein she now face not only contempt and possible jailing for her defiance from Supreme Court ‘s temporary restraining order (TRO) but also a disbarment case against her, is truly practicing the rule of law and just as she claim, why does her action is tainted with anti-GMA agenda or with Bias action instead of being fair and neutral(for that what Justice means, it is neither side of any political party ),like violating the temporary restraining order (TRO) with a reason coming from Anti-GMA camp; like foolishly believing a text message from unknown source only because the name of Mrs. Arroyo is involved in it that Mrs. Arroyo is seeking political asylum from Dominican Republic and Spain without validating or confirming it first from the said countries before disclosing it to the public; alleging the doctors of Mrs. Arroyo, as well as having personal malice that Mrs. Arroyo is just mere malingering and have no life-threatening disease without any evidences; not respecting the decision of the court that Hubert Webb is not guilty but still accept evidences that will jeopardize Hubert Webb; etc.?

She cannot reason out that she is just doing her job and following the orders of PNoy for actually she is not doing her job as secretary of Department of Justice but rather obviously acting as a defense lawyer of Noynoy camp instead.

See, in her defenses, there is her bias against the Arroyo camp which she should not be because she is not a defense lawyer of the Yellow camp but a secretary of Justice.

In my opinion, it is only right she will be disbarred because she is not doing her job as secretary of Justice and not practicing fairness and rule of law in her treatment to the Arroyo camp for she acts bias and unprofessional(with her blunders and denial of them)

“Retarded and Misdirected”, this is how the lawmakers in the Philippines branded the decision and action of PNoy when he supported secretly the enemies of the Philippine republic-the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF)- by giving them a secret P5 Million funds through a secret Tokyo meeting with Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) Chairman Al Haj Murad Ibrahim last August 5,2011 to support secretly the plans of Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) for reinforcing the Moros, in disguise as “Peace Talks” but in full denial when the secret deal was exposed in the public and even use GMA as their scapegoat yet totally fail. For Noynoy and his KKK excuses were too illogical to be accepted.

In attempt to clean his own treason act, Noynoy announces an “all-out-justice” for those 19 Filipino soldiers that have died mercilessly on the hands of the Moros in Basilan but still fall short and boomerang back on his Hypocrite face because he has protected the Moros by his own policy and by his support for the Moros who have killed the 19 Filipino soldiers by giving them P5 million funds which is suspected that the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) used the fund to buy guns and ammunitions which the Moros has probably use to kill the 19 Filipino soldiers though the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) denied they haven’t used the P5 Million funds yet and will use it for the training of their Moros to be a better leader[??] and for the betterment of Muslim Filipinos(according to the PNoy Administration) in the hands of the Moros[???] which could be perceive as mere alibi to cover-up their dirty acts and plans.

Aquino supporting the Moros is indeed not farfetched because PNoy’s own father Ninoy Aquino is a communist conspirator who provide confidential information to Malaysia which eventually lead the Philippines to lose battle for Sabah by exposing the secret plan of former Philippine president Marcos to reclaim Sabah from illegal ownership of Malaysia which consequently cause the deaths of many Filipinos soldiers then who fight for Philippines’ ownership of Sabah by the treasonous act of Ninoy Aquino(a traitor of the Filipino race yet ignorant and brainwashed Filipinos considered him a hero).The Malaysian government is now the one gaining billions of money from oil and gas-rich Sabah illegally which is supposed to be the Philippines is the one who gains from its own land that has been snatched illegally.

Moreover, if Noynoy is like his father who loves to commit treasonous acts against Filipinos, Ninoy is also like his own father also, Benigno Aquino Sr., the grandfather of Noynoy who also commit treason act against his fellow Filipinos during World War II at the Japanese Occupation being a Makapili who betrays fellow Filipinos to the Japanese. These truths are not black propaganda against the Aquino but actually they are historically real and fact and can be verified.

Furthermore, the woman hailed as saint and mother of Philippine democracy of many Filipinos today -Corazon Aquino- free the leader of Community Part of the Philippines(CPP)-New People’s Army(NPA) Jose Maria Sison who spread communist terrorism in the Philippines then after being arrested and jailed by former Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos.

What can we say, the Aquino family is in full support of the Communist groups that spreads terroristic acts in the Philippines yet some Filipinos are still blind about the Aquinos by considering them heroes and saint[???] despite the reality that the Aquinos were not but rather enemies of the Filipinos disguise as good and supporter of Filipino mass.

When will the Filipino people be awaken from being deceived and played by the self-seeking oligarchs like the Aquino family? Up to when the Filipinos allow these traitors to continue to wrecked the entire Philippines asunder, up to when?

Why the current Philippine President Benigno “NoyNoy” Aquino III always have late responses on issues that needed urgent response from him? Does he is afraid to fall short into graft and corruption something? He is saving his own face while sacrificing the Filipino mass from urgent response from him? This is selfish act. Does he forget that he is now the President of the Philippines?

Late respond on the August 23 Bus Hostage; Late respond on the Mindanao flooding; late respond on the Central Luzon flooding cause by Typhoon Pedring, Typoon Quiel and the five dams; and now will make another late respond to correct the worsening economic status in the Philippines by finally disbursing the most kept overflowing billion government funds into what this current Philippine government describe as “fiscal stimulus package” worth 72 billion pesos at the end quarter of the current year to boost the economy. But some economists were bitter regarding this and said:
“..It is not a real fiscal stimulus package.. It’s just offsetting under-spending by government agencies so far this year…”,“I call it a catch-up plan with a twist. The tag ‘fiscal stimulus’ is a misnomer..”

They become bitter regarding PNoy’s so-called year ender “fiscal stimulus package” because it will not salvage everything that has been already lost because of PNoy administration’s under spending; that effect will only be minimal and the intention of the spending is just a mere a “papogi” agenda again and not with the real intention to boost the economy. For if the PNoy administration is really intending to boost the Philippine economy, it will not do subsequent cancelling of economic projects only because of the fear of “corruption” but will expend the funds for the sake of the general mass. But it seems PNoy is just only thinking about himself of how he can be “corrupt-free” president.

Even PNoy’s Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Program is going nowhere due subsequent cancellation of projects and plans and have no clearer and concrete projects and plans to established and this is all due to PNoy’s phobia to be tainted with “corruption”. Or if fear of corruption is not the main hindrance of PNoy administration why his administration does not release funds, so what’s their problem? What more disappointing to the economist is that PNoy is an economic graduate yet he has no concrete economic plans for the Philippines; or is it he is just below the average economic student then?

Actually, late responses are always either due to lack of care or bad coordinating team due to incompetent members

What is the current real score of the Philippines in terms of global competitiveness in the midst of prevailing world economic setback?

According to the latest export data from the National Statistics Office (NSO),only 3.3 percent of the last year’s revenue was gained, that is from last year $28.25 billion into $ 29.19 billion only.
The global competitiveness of export products of the Philippines has been down this year and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) said the setback of growth on Philippines export industry is due to low demand from the major export countries where the Philippines export its export products, that is from the United States and Europe.
This is so because America and Europe has recently experiencing financial problems and most citizens on America and Europe are losing their jobs or some are already becoming jobless as some international reports said. Actually, poverty incidence rate in America is now 15 % and it is due to increasing unemployment as the international reports also said.

Thus, since the prime countries where the export industry of the Philippines mostly earn is now in great brink of economic collapse, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) urges Pinoy exporters to be more competitive and find new market for their export products as well as urged them to improved the quality of their respective export products to gain better and increased revenues.

Moreover, what weakens more the revenues of Pinoy exporters is the rising value of Philippine peso on foreign exchange market which of course lessens their dollar revenues. Thus, in counter urge of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) to improved the quality of their export products and find new foreign markets for their markets, they too urges the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) to deliberately weaken the Philippine peso by buying more dollars to strengthen the value of dollars in the Philippines. But Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) refused to do so though the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) admitted that they actually buy and sell foreign currencies but it is not to kill the Philippine peso neither to boost the Philippine peso for according to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP),that is not their policy.

Thus, Pinoy exporters were left by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(BSP) ‘ advice to be more competitive and develop new market for their products if they wanted to gain higher revenues in the future despite some foreign economic setbacks.

In connection to this lukewarm status of the export industry in the Philippines, will PNoy’s idea of exporting the Pinoy coconuts to United States market, a very good idea to strengthen the export industry in the Philippines?

Actually,it is a very bad idea for the United States is already on the brink of economic collapse,yet he want to sell our Pinoy coconuts to them? What will the Philippines gain? Smells something fishy going on with PNoy and the United States.

Moreover, if Pinoy coconuts will already become a prime exclusive export products, then there would be no coconut juice left for Filipinos to drink their own coconut juice and will be force to Buy their Own products!!!,just to strengthen US failing economy???!!! What a big Slap on Filipinos PNoy is doing! What Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III is doing;is he pro-Pinoy or pro-America disguising to be pro-Pinoy?

Is PNoy selling the Philippines to America? In exchange for what?

1. “I am Back!” with a vengeance. Upon arrival on the Philippines from his medical checkup from Hong Kong, former first gentleman Jose Miguel “Mike” Arroyo, sharply rebutted his critics and detractors on the helicopter scam being thrown against him while he is away from the country : “,,to my detractors, I am Back! You should be ashamed of yourselves for peddling lies to the public while I was away, knowing fully well that I could not confront your lies in my absence..”

Recently, according to the reports he never show face at the Senate though the Senate invite him for inquiry, for according to him he will answer the allegations on the proper court and not on the Senate infested with corrupt senators. He also challenge the Aquino administration to file formal charges against him or on his family (against his wife GMA and against his sons) in court to answer the false accusations being cast against his family on a fair and just proceedings than inclined to trial by publicity and defamation on the past administration.

Mike Arroyo even scoffed Aquino administration’s hypocritical political advocacy on “matuwid na daan (Straight path) that it turned out to be a “,, national program of harassment and subordination to perjury…” and PNoy’s incompetency and lack of clear plans for the Philippines.

Mike Arroyo also utterly deny Lion Air president Archibald Po’s allegations saying,”…let me put on record that I do not own those subject helicopters sold to the Philippine National Police..i did not purchase the helicopters from Mr. Po and I will not allow him at this opportunity to use my name to extricate himself from criminal acts he has committed..”

He also bashed DOJ sec. De Lima for insinuating on the public that he is a fugitive by putting him on a watch list of Bureau of Immigration and call her and people which DOJ sec. have connivance with as “irresponsible officials..”

2. Philippine Dragon Boat Team Victory. The winnings of the Cobra Philippine Dragon Boat Team of five golds and two silvers on the 10th International World Championship in Florida on dragon boat canoe/kayak sports have given them a limelight and recognition on mainstream media, as well as on Malacanang, just like the Philippine Azkals.

3. Substate For Mindanao. The Moros of Mindanao were very delighted and well please to PNoy’s pursuit to push through the old idea of substate for Mindanao. However, former Philippine president Mr. Joseph “Erap” Estrada warns PNoy to be wary of this deceitful condition set by the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) regarding the so-called Mindanao peace talks. For according to former Philippine Joseph “Erap” Estrada,it is just a cover-up to establish the Moro’s long time dream and desired “Bangsamoro Republic” that will only dismember the Mindanao region of the Philippines from the Philippine sphere of sovereignty because if Mindanao substate is pursued and implemented, any Filipino could not enter Mindanao without a visa to travel within Mindanao, even though one is a Filipino and will only enslave fellow Filipinos in Mindanao under Islamic regime of the Moros.

Thus, PNoy’s agreement to Mindanao substate just to end war on Mindanao will only worsen the problem of the Philippines in Mindanao and many Filipinos living in Mindanao will only suffer much and will find them hard to redeem from Moro’s Islamic harassment. For the world all knows what kind of religion is Islam.(no offense to Muslim readers just stating what was present by your religion in the world today and by what the Moros in the Philippine projects and acts)

4. GMA’s failed “follow-up” surgery. Is it the follow-up surgery that fails or the initial surgery itself? According to the doctors of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, there was a fluid that collects on Ms. Arroyo’s cervical spine which dislodged the titanium plates which they have installed which cause the infection and an action to put Ms. Arroyo for another round of surgery.

PNoy’s Anti-Poor Program?

Despite the Aquino administration effort to beautify its Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Program on the public that its implementation will benefit many Filipinos especially the poor ones, its main agenda stinks and smells selfish increasement of wealth of the capitalists in the Philippines whether Rich Filipino Businessmen or Rich Foreign Investors, rather than benefiting the poor sectors in the Philippines, financially, among those organizations who support and advocates the welfare of the poor in the Philippines especially the Urban Poor Resource Center of the Philippines, Inc. (UPRCP).And moreover, these pro-poor organizations tagged PNoy’s Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) programs as an “anti-poor” and “pro-capitalist” program that will just wipe out the urban poor sector within and outside Metro Manila.

According to Urban Poor Resource Center of the Philippines, Inc.(UPRCP),at least 360,000 poor families will face eviction and will experience dark future under Aquino administration once PNoy’s Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) programs will be implemented and this is already happening on the continuous demolition jobs happening on poor areas in the Philippines. PNoy’s Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) programs as well as PNoy’s other economic policies, according to pro-poor organization favors NOT the poor sector in the Philippines but rather PNoy’s economic policies are inclined more to give favor and help Big Businesses, Landlords and foreign capitalists in the Philippines instead.

This is obviously not new since the Aquino family is an Oligarch that seeks to protect selfishly their own family owned businesses and properties and wealth in the Philippines yet hypocritically showing to the public eye that they are pro-poor.

The poor sector of the Philippines have always been duped by a lying politicians when they covet for a government seat in the Philippine government during election times by promising and showing they are pro-poor. And the poor sector in the Philippines never learns because some poor were not inclined to gain knowledge and wisdom to depend and protect themselves from being exploited by the rich ones and knowledgeable ones whether a traditional politician or a traditionally religious person or group, but just satisfied to have bread and water on their table.

Some traditional politicians uses sweet promises and cold cash to allure the poor sectors to vote and support them on their selfish pursuit, while traditional rich religious people uses religion and god and the fear of hell to allure the poor sector to donate their money.

This is how the poor sector in the Philippine has always been exploited by those who have authority, power, wealth and knowledge in the Philippines.

1. Miguel Zubiri and Koko Pimentel : Who is the real 12th Senator?

Koko Pimentel : He cheated. I am the real winner on the 12th slot.
Miguel Zubiri : I am no cheat…I am falsely accused without mercy and compassion.

Pimentel and Zubiri : We’re friends now…

Though, Koko Pimentel is already proclaimed the real winner recently, for me Miguel Zubiri is the real true Winner not only on the results of 2007 senatorial election but also in character and deed. For if Koko Pimentel is the real winner why does the senate only now claim that Pimentel have been indeed cheated and won a number of votes and why not during the heated election days then wherein this issue is hot; why they don’t recount then and why only now after 4 years; and why only now because only Miguel Zubiri resign yet Miguel Zubiri never claim he cheated. This is very DUBIOUS. Is the senate cooking something? This is NOT true Justice as they claim; there something amiss. Are they perverting something which the public never knew and the public was conditioned again with a wrong notion that Zubiri is indeed a cheater? Is there a hidden propaganda in this proclamation of Koko?

Koko Pimentel though he loudly says he has been cheated and now vindicated and attain his so-called “real justice”, his actions of immediate desire to seat on Senate and claim his long fantasy of senatorial seats proves his shame-able character, that is a power grabber. For see, if your intention is to serve purely the Filipino nation, you can move on after the failure to have a senatorial seat and pork barrels are not what you are after with, why you run for a senatorial position. It seems, he thirst and salivating for a senate seat and pork barrels rather than the service he can give if he become a senator.

If Pimentel is a good man and have pure intentions why he runs for a senatorial seat then, he will not quickly say he won only because Zubiri resign. For it is obvious that Zubiri vehemently denies the allegation that he cheated and the reason why he resigned because he could not took it anymore the defamation casted against his name, only because he runs as a senator on the ticket of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, he is now been labeled as a cheater.

Being casted as a cheater only because one is in the ticket or ally of former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is indeed UNFAIR and UNJUST or a crystal clear pure INJUSTICE.

Zubiri could not take it anymore the injustices being thrown against him yet Pimentel says, he is the one being treated unjustly only because Pimentel never got his desired senatorial seat and pork barrel. What an egoistic person!

Quoting Miguel Zubiri : “Without admitting any fault and with my vehement denial of the alleged electoral fraud hurled against me, I am submitting my resignation as a duly elected senator of the Republic of the Philippines in the election of which I am falsely accused without mercy and compassion..”

However, despite of the unfair treatment Zubiri experienced, he still remains compassionate to Pimentel by giving him the seat which Pimentel is coveting and salivating after though he did not cheat on the senatorial election just only to end the unjust public wrangling and even though Pimentel back bite him by Pimentel’s accusation and loud defamation that he cheated even though Pimentel have no evidence about his accusation against Zubiri. What a good man Miguel Zubiri is, but to Koko Pimentel, a certified power grabber.

For imagine, the accusations has not yet proven(but recently it was proven dubiously as what I have said earlier above on this article) and Zubiri vehemently denies he cheated, yet Koko Pimentel sees Miguel Zubiri’s resignation as an admittal of what he accused against Zubiri and was excited to proclaim himself to be the real winner? Wow! Indeed Koko Pimentel proves to the thinking public (not to the sheeples) that he is a true power grabber; one young “buwaya”(crocodile);shameless. ( I am very sorry to say that)

But has the general Filipino public notice this or some just pretended they don’t notice it. For the general mass has been mentally conditioned by the Aquino administration that GMA and all that are related to her are evil, corrupt and cheater. The Aquino administration is playing injustice to fellow Filipinos by projecting that his administration is against injustice. Hypocrites! They love to please the public than doing what is really right.

2. Helicopter Scam. Former first gentleman Jose Miguel “Mike Arroyo was accused of owning a two used helicopters being sold as brand new to the Philippine National Police (PNP) by the Lion Air president Archibald Legaspi Po; that according to Po, he was force by Mike Arroyo to sell the two used helicopters for 105 million pesos to Philippine National Police (PNP).

Consequently, the Department of Justice put Mike Arroyo on Bureau Immigration in case he will leave the country in the middle of the ongoing case against him, but Mike Arroyo’s lawyers said their client have already leave the country before this helicopter scam have spill out, for health purpose and the former first gentleman leaves the country legally contrary to DOJ sec. De Lima’s suspicion that Mike Arroyo leaves the Philippines in a private plane wherein eventually it turns out that the former first gentleman indeed leaves the country through a legal standard operating procedure where everyone pass through before leaving the Philippines. Thus, DOJ sec. De Lima does a public apology to Mike Arroyo for a lapsing judgment she have committed.

Moreover, it turns out also that Mike Arroyo never really owns the alleged two used helicopters sold as brand new to the Philippine National Police as Archibald Legaspi Po could not present evidence regarding his accusation against the former first gentleman and have a lapsing memory recollection when he was grilled at the Senate and by his own admittal that he and the company Lion Air do really owns the helicopters since the Lion Air is the prime company that provides helicopters to Philippine National Police.

3. More Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) so-called Coffee Scam. It turns out that this so-called coffee scam is just another obsession of Aquino administration to link former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to it, even though there is no anomaly and irregularities on it. It is indeed a pure personal vendetta and manic obsession.

4. Mindanao Peace Talks. Pnoy secretly meet Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) chair Murad Ebrahim at Tokyo Japan regarding peace talks on Mindanao and to make Mindanao a sub state of the Philippines.

This is not surprising because Moro Muslims have long been acquainted with the Aquino family since Marcos times, and I bet this is a secret thing between the Aquino family and the Moro groups like secret society thing that is why Moro easily give in to Aquino’s desires and plans. For Aquino family are Oligarchs, as well as the Islam religion.
Moreover, they have also relation with the Ampatuan family and the late former Philippine president Ms. Corazon Aquino is the one who put the Ampatuans on governance in Maguindanao and not actually GMA that is why also Ampatuans have somewhat especial treatment on the current Aquino administration.
