Who would think that the so-called No. 1 Philippine Newspaper in the land or in the Philippines could be the No.1 idiot and Bias newspaper in terms of accurate journalism in the land or idiot Newspaper in the Philippines? Or are they just faking their statistics that they are number one newspaper just like or similar to deliberate public deception of the so-called No.1 TV station in the Philippines – the GMA Channel 7 –wherein they already admitted their bankruptcy and low ratings or their clear deliberate deception to their viewers and to their loyal viewers.

Added to that, the GMA 7 “Kapuso” chair and CEO Felipe L. Gozon is sure to sell the TV network to PLDT/Smart/Sun/TV5’s chair and CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan for P60 billion pesos but Pangilinan wants to buy the TV network between P45 billion pesos and P51 billion pesos….“”Kung may mag-o-offer ng P500 billion, kahit tulog ako, gisingin n’yo ako, I will sell.”

Therefore, the rumor is true that it could be the end of GMA 7 or let us see what will happen next though the TV network executives are denying it on media….”

With result of the so-called impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona to be guilty of whatsoever they claim to be the persecution team or the yellow team of Hypocrite Noynoy, of betrayal of public trust and violation of constitution by not presenting to the public his assets which divert from the really allegation of the persecution team of his being a midnight appointee by former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo which the persecution team of Hypocrite Noynoy has not proven but now beastly declare on the public that real justice rolls or rule on the Philippines as well as his yellow lapdog Senator Juan Ponce Enrile pronounced unashamedly on national TV.

“..The Senate impeachment court, in a vote of 20-3, convicted Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona of culpable violation of the Constitution and betrayal of public trust owing to his failure to disclose all properties and other possessions in his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALn) to end four months of a politically-charged process…”

Chief Justice Renato Corona clearly says he do not violate any of the constitutional laws prescribed him being the chief justice and the accused bank accounts were not his which the persecution team has been ashamed of and his refusal to present his assets disgust Senator Juan Ponce Enrile which is the currently chief senator judge and pronounced guilty for not disclosing what the persecution pressure Chief Justice Renato Corona to disclose which is very far away from the case or allegations against him; Senator Juan Ponce Enrile should be the one not Fit on his position for his erring decision and out the case verdict.

“We have witnessed with disdain the indiscriminate, deliberate and illegal machinations of some parties who have been less than forthright with this Court in presenting dubiously procured and misleading documents which were spread to the media obviously to influence this Court’s and the public’s opinion,” said outburst by Senator Juan Ponce Enrile who willfully forget that the trial is about how and why Chief Justice Renato Corona has become midnight appointee and not about disclosing one’s assets which is immaterial and irrelevant to the case which Chief Justice Renato Corona is accused of. His verdict decision is out of sync and who is he to make final decision wherein he is just a mere senate president is he the Chief Justice of the Philippines?

Why does the Senate becomes now the powerful government system rather the Supreme Court of the Philippines; what is going on in the Philippines? The Supreme Court has the final say not the Senate who is den of corruption of the not so worth government officials that are voted senators like Lito Lapid, Robert Jaworksi ,Antonio Trillanes,and so other people that is not worthy of the people because they too are incompetent and have political stain.

What are the rallies are for? Why they protest in the streets if these Filipinos they themselves wants dark government systems by voting hypocrite government officials like Noynoy and Juan Ponce Enrile?

And some Filipinos refuse of charter change that could bring refreshment to their Rotten form of Government. Filipinos even voted a lot of yes votes on the Yahoo online polls if the decision of Senator Juan Ponce Enrile is justice or not; so many fools in the Philippines; Majority of Filipinos are Foolish people just going the flow and not investigating by their own. If the Senate will say, it will rain sulfur tomorrow they will believe it; if the Senate will say Juan Dela Cruz is a murder whereas in reality he is not, they will believe it not using their brains and coconuts.

Now, this Senator Juan Ponce Enrile is now ready to defy the Supreme Court and ready to mess up the government system of the Philippines just for “Justice” DAW; what if he is one on the seat and liken to Chief Justice Renato Corona, will he disclose and open to public all what he is and let the public scrutinize even his sagging Penis and scrotum? Well if he is idiot he will; transparency is not it?

What a shame the Philippine government has! It is a breeding ground of Corruption, Political Hypocrisy and Folly which the major foolish Filipinos had fun watching it like they are watching circus.

“I will say this very frankly and I hope they understand. If they will question the jurisdiction of the impeachment court and reverse our decision, we will defy them. If they want a Constitutional crisis in this country, they will have one,”

Has Human Rights wholly executed and upheld in the Philippines? What about extrajudicial killings or the so-called “summary execution” killings perpetrated by unknown vigilantes?; crimes brought by various aspects and sorts is not yet included there on the list of human rights violations.

The right to live and have improve lifestyle is not yet met in the Philippines for the rates of criminality brought by unemployment status, religious factions that secretly sack and kill one another, group activists that secretly also kill one another because of opposing views; unjust public trials of innocent personalities like former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, as well as the unjust public trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona; not to mention the public trial of former Philippine president Joseph “Erap” Estrada, as well as the unjust acknowledgement and labeling of the former Philippine president Ferdinand E. Marcos for his accomplishment to improve Philippine lifestyle that was marred by political agenda by the Aquinos and Conjuanco due to Hacienda Luisita case; the Hacienda Luisita killings which the current Philippine president Noynoy is involved with; the Mendiola Massacre during former Philippine president Corazon “Cory” Aquino; those innocent people that are being frame –up and jailed and sentence without proven guilty of the accusations wherein they are not guilty upon like the case of Leo Echagaray; and so many human rights violations.

Yet ,the current Philippine government – the Aquino administration is so Hypocrite and Self-righteous in their claim that or boast of improver upheld-ment of human rights whereas the United Nations Human Rights Watch reported in dismay that : “ ….. In 2011, Human Rights Watch documented at least 10 cases of killings and disappearances attributed to the security forces that occurred during Aquino’s first year in office. Not a single suspect has been successfully prosecuted in any of these cases….”

However, the Aquino BIAS Philippine Newspaper – Philippine Daily Inquirer- reports:

“Malacanang yesterday maintained that there was an improvement in the human rights situation under President Aquino compared to previous years, and said that there was a decline in the number of extrajudicial killings in the past three years..”

This report in the Aquino Bias Philippine Daily Inquirer is a blatant lie, as well the reports of the Aquino administration in compare to documented reports of the United Nations Human Rights Watch’s Universal Periodical Reviews (UPR) quoted earlier above.

Meanwhile, the “..the past three years” mentioned in the column of the Philippine Daily Inquirer as well as the report of the Aquino administration which Noynoy claim is NOT really His or not really done under his administration but rather under the Administration of former Philippine president Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as the Human Rights Watch verified and documented : “…..Since 2008 however, the government has successfully prosecuted only four cases of extrajudicial killings, all under the previous administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo….”

What a blatant Lie the Philippine Daily Inquirer have reported as well as the Big Lying Lips of Noynoy and his KKK!

However, even the activist group Bagong Alyasang Makabayan reported not accurately and did not report or proclaim what former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo verified accomplishment regarding Human Rights implementation but avoid reporting it on the same column of the Philippine Daily Inquirer because this activist group is also Anti-GMA activist group.

“The Philippine report is very underwhelming and provides no clear measure of progress in Philippine human rights situation. On the contrary ,the report glosses over the continuing human rights violations such as extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances..”, said by Renato Reyes of Bagong Alayansang Makabayan.

What about the successful four cases of Human Rights upheld-ment as reported and documented by the United Nations Human Rights Watch, Mr.Renato Reyes?

This militant activitist group sometimes their fellow activists groups are the ones who kill and kidnapped and ambushed one another ‘s activists group yet blame everything in the government yet they are the ones who violate their human rights; or in Tagalog, ”Sila- Sila Mismo ang Nagpapatayan..tapus pina sho-shoulder sa government ang kabalastugan at kagaguhan nila..” They are the one who create frequent human violations or frequent extrajudicial killings like killing journalist because these activists group do not like what they hear and read on media and they hire to kill the journalists they hate and loath.

Meanwhile, at the end of this month ,May 2012,or for specific at May 29,2012 the Philippines is set to be interrogated by at least 70 countries in Geneva at the United Nations Human Rights Council through United Nation’s Universal Periodic Review(UPR) that will assess the Philippines to its commitment to implement and ensure human rights.

According to Human Rights Watch, the administration of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III “…has failed to take significant measure to prosecute members of the military, police, and militias implicated in extrajudicial killings, torture, and enforced disappearances…”

The Human Rights Watch found the Aquino administration lacking and lying on their human rights report.

“UN member states should see through the Philippine government’s rhetoric and question the lack of progress on accountability over the past four years, The Universal Periodic Review is an important opportunity to hold the Philippine government to its word.”, said by Elaine Pearson, a deputy Asia director at Human Rights Watch.

Moreover, in particular according to Human Rights Watch, the Philippine government’s claim of human right progress in some areas, take for example, such as training state security forces to respect human right; are just a deflection or excuses and pretensions to cover up (or pa “pogi” lang or panakip-butas) its great failure to investigate, arrest and prosecute those who are really and true responsible for Human Rights abuses.

The worst is, the Aquino administration, just pinpoint anyone it wants to indict without investigating first accurately if the indicted person Noynoy have accused of is the real culprit or not; just like Noynoy foolish indictment to former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Chief Justice Renato Corona.

Philippines in its first Universal Periodic Review (UPR) on the year 2008 (United Nation member states or countries are examined once every four years and now the Philippines will undergo its second examination),according to Human Rights Watch, member countries at then propose a 17 (seventeen) recommendations to the Philippines in order to improve its human rights record that ranges from improving gender rights, eliminate extrajudicial killings wherein the Philippines accepted 11(eleven) of these 17(seventeen) recommendations from member countries, which include “…to completely eliminate torture and extrajudicial killings.. to intensify its efforts to carry out investigations and prosecutions on extrajudicial killings and punish those responsible.” ; but the Philippine government greatly FAIL!

However, according to Human Rights Watch, during the nine years of the administration of former Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, there are four cases of extrajudicial killings that successfully prosecuted.

But on the first year of administration of Noynoy Aquino, according to United Nation’s Human Rights Watch, there are ..”..at least 10(ten) cases of killings and disappearance attributed to the security forces that occurred during Aquino’s first year in office. Not a single suspect has been successfully prosecuted in any of these cases..”

The Universal Periodic Review (UPR) report says that the Philippines is expert in creating Human Rights Task Forces like Task Force Usig,Task Force Against Political Violence, Special Task Force to Address Extrajudicial Killings, and Enforced Disappearance but none of these bodies have successfully done its purpose but all fails; except for only four successful cases at the time or at the administration of former Philippine President now Pampanga Representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

“The Philippine government is relentless in its pursuit of creating human rights task forces..if only officials were just as relentless in pursuing the perpetrators of military abuses so that the victims might get justice..Instead of bolstering investigatory capabilities and improving cooperation with civilian authorities the human rights offices of the military and police have downplayed new abuses..”

However, according to Human Rights Office of the Philippine Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP),said in contrast against the United Nations’s Universal Periodical Reviews(UPR) Human Rights Watch reports, “… the absence of prosecutions was because all of the human rights violation cases tagging military personnel were only accusations and did not produce sufficient evidence against soldiers. In line with the AFP’s zero-tolerance for human rights campaign, cases, particularly those on extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearance and torture that informed armed forces officers and personnel are acted upon by Human Rights Officers in accordance with due process of law and the military justice system.”

But the United Nations’ Human Rights Watch contended against the Philippine government’s own human rights report by Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), that “… the military’s Human Rights Office has not revealed the details of the cases that have been investigated and acted upon.. In practice, the military’s Human Rights Office both investigates abuses and publicly defends the military when soldiers are implicated in rights violations – contradictory functions that undermine the office’s credibility..”

Moreover, the Human Rights Watch has urged member countries of the United Nations in the Human Rights Council to make specific and time bound recommendations to the Philippine government that will address impunity and should order “…the police and National Bureau of Investigation to pursue vigorously serious rights violations linked to the security forces. If cases are not properly investigated, the government should take appropriate disciplinary measures for insubordination and undertake criminal investigations for obstruction of justice, graft, or corruption…” and furthermore, the member countries of the United Nations that will instigate the Philippines, recommend to “.. ban all paramilitary and militia forces because of their long and continuing history of serious human rights violations, Human Rights Watch said. While the government asserted in its UPR report that it has “dismantled and neutralized” many “private armies,” it said nothing about state-backed paramilitaries…”,the Human Rights Watch said.

Is the current Philippine president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III a great fool and troublemaker trying hard to fight the powerful China? How fool is he!

Then, it is the OFWs in China involved on drug muling were sentence to capital punishment or death sentence in China without thorough investigation if they are really involved on the allegations of drug trafficking with PNoy just smirk and do not do anything to save his/her fellow Filipinos [?](actually, he is half-Pinoy and half-Chinese) due to August 23,2011 botched rescue of the Chinese nationals which he snob to give them a consolation and public apology for their lost love ones; and hypocritically visit China for said peace talks for the Spratlys island yet China just trick him and make him dupe for China is still firm in its decision to claim the Sparatlys islands and now the Philippines suffer the consequences of the fury of China because of Noynoy who is “Noynoying” and making rounds of lies ,hypocrisy and arrogance.
The latest curse of China is damp and make it rot the Philippine bananas on the Sino port by refusing the Philippine bananas to be imported into their land; not to mention the impending war of China against Philippine due to Scarborough Shoal issue.

The president of Pilipino Banana Growers and Exporters Association which consist of 18 Mindanao company expressed dismay with the reaction of the Chinese authorities, : “..Mindanao exporters feel we are being harassed…” and state that the banana industry have lost 1 billion.

“I hope this is really not political because we are in the business. We don’t want to believe that the life of the banana industry is threatened by our country’s problem with China…”

Moreover, the Mindanao businessmen complained that their banana business should not tainted with political issue going on with China and Philippines fueled by both parties but mostly heated and intensified by the foolishness and arrogance of Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III beginning his incompetent management of the August 23, 2011 bus hostage incident which left the innocent Chinese nationals lifeless and not help and snob heartlessly by Noynoy when their families ask for consolation and justice.

The blame for Chinese bullying acts is Noynoy and the Mindanao businessmen should stop complaining regarding Chinese authorities reactions toward their banana business but rather rock the seat of presidency of Noynoy who is making troubles against China wherein China just react naturally to depend itself from stupidity of the current Philippine president, wherein the innocent Filipino citizen suffer the consequences of PNoy’s incompetent ruling and messing up with China.

Looks like the Aquino administration have hatch another zero or failed management again instead of gaining a star on regards to disaster management and its goal of “zero casualties” through poor preventive management of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and PNoy’s National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) to prevent the disastrous effects of forthcoming effects of typhoon Sendong on the southern part of the Philippines, as it shows apparently on the news the havoc and casualties it has inflicted especially on Cagayan De Oro city Philippines and Iligan city Philippines which have repeated their poor and incompetent management on the previous large flooding on the Luzon or northern part of the Philippines due to typhoons Pedring and Quiel that has happened earlier this same year 2011.

But National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) undersecretary Benito Ramos have categorically denied they lack on informing the Mindanao people and preparing for the coming of typhoon Sendong but the Mindanao people themselves lacks the initiative to move and heed their early warning.

However, according to the first bulletin posted by National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), their warning post was just posted hours ago or less than 24 hours before typhoon Sendong attack northern Mindanao while the residents of Northern Mindanao are fast asleep without any “pre-emptive evacuation” or actual warning from the local government of Mindanao to their residents. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said they will not move unless they have a “cue” from Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA),thus they pass the burden of blame on Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) if in any case the Filipino people will be enraged with the poor management and incompetency of National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) just like their master from Malacanang who loves to play blame game rather be responsible and accountable for whatever happens in their sphere of management.

But Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) have transfer the blame to their own policy or they are just following their policy of raising a storm signals at least 36 hours before the storm hits the bull’s eye, though there are already warning from Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) of the US Navy that they have tracked a super typhoon headed on the Mindanao part of the Philippines, five days or four days before Sendong hits Mindanao between December 16-17.

Yes, this Aquino administration can break any known legal proceedings just only to satiate its administration and its believer’s obsession and insanity to persecute and incarcerate former Philippine president and now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo without any solid concrete evidence, but they cannot break their own policy just for the sake of the safety of the Mindanao people. What a “fucking” governance this Noynoy have! And instead of admitting their own mistake and incompetency, they resort of playing blame games which is indeed so annoying and could raise one’s blood pressure thinking that these incompetent government officials just waste taxpayer’s money by their incompetency and hypocrisy.

Will the Filipinos just bear the growing incompetency and blatant hypocrisy of Aquino administration upon knowing that Aquino and his officials were being paid by people’s money to serve the Filipino nation?

Even the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) of US have forecasted nearly a week the course of Sendong before it hits the Philippines but the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is fast asleep in picking up this urgent information that could somehow save lives if they just heed the international forecast.

Even though the appointment of Chief Justice Renato Corona is really legal and constitutional as certified by the Supreme Court and Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and the only whine of Noynoy and his ally is that Chief Justice Corona is appointed within the ban period and alleged ally of former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, still some congressmen and women in the House of Representatives sell their souls in exchange for money and fear as one of the true ally of Noynoy spill the beans and let the cat out from the bag as he confess he could no longer bear in his conscience what Noynoy wants them to do just only to impeach Chief Justice Renato Corona and reveals the illegal stuff Noynoy camp is cooking.

Navotas representative Toby Tiangco expressed his disappointment against PNoy’s illegal actions and could not bear the railroaded impeachment of Chief Justice Renato Corona which is clearly illegal or unconstitutional because it lack due process and they were blackmail to vote for “yes” else their priority development assistance fund (PDAF) or widely known as “pork barrel” will not be release but if they blindly vote “yes” on complaint, additional support will be bestowed to them from the President himself, ala “thank you gift”? Thus, consequently he resigns because he could not exchange the integrity of the House of Representative for money. Those solons who disregard the rule of the law in exchange for money have damaged the integrity of the House he said.

“I admired the president and his wish for the straight path for the country. I know that the President himself is an example of one who follows the laws of the land… So, it seems inconsistent that a President, who follows basic traffic rules, does not want due process to be followed.. At the opening of the Majority caucus (Monday), I was shocked to hear the opening statement of the leadership of the House (saying) that because of the alleged association of Chief Justice Corona to his patron, the former President Gloria Arroyo, he is the obstacle to the plans of the President, and that the only thing to do is to remove the Chief Justice… We were clearly given two choices: to sign or not to sign, But the worst part of it all is that that no questions would be entertained.”

The proof of what Navotas representative Toby Tiangco have said regarding the denial or non-release of their priority development assistance fund (PDAF) was seen upon Batangas Rep. Hermilando Mandanas which was instantly removed from his post by not signing “yes” on the complaint.

GMA (Gloria Arroyo) and Cory had a fight during GMA’s presidency, we Cojuangcos still did not lose our land. Yup, it is indeed a crying shame and disgrace for Noynoy on his Cojuangco relatives if they lose the hacienda at the hands of their own relative being as the President of the Philippines; thus Noynoy will do his best to please his Cojuanco relatives using the guise of “pro-poor” and “anti-corruption drive” and forget his mandate to uphold democracy and rule of the law.

P-Noy respect the Supreme People’s Court of China on regards to China’s Supreme Court’s decision on his fellow Filipino to be guilty of the accusation of illegal drug trafficking and be sentenced to death penalty and doesn’t care if this Overseas Filipino Worker is guilty or innocent of the allegations because he will not benefit something from it unlike to the allegations being thrown against former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo that will benefit his own personal vendetta for his family own[?] Hacienda Luisita as well as his political career. But he himself disrespect the Supreme Court of the country he is leading with as its President because the decision of the Supreme Court doesn’t benefit him and doesn’t yield to his own personal agenda of persecuting and incarcerating Mrs. Arroyo.

He repeatedly says, he is for the welfare of the Filipino people but what about the Filipino farmers on their own [?] Hacienda, why he did not seek their welfare, are the Hacienda Luisita farmers not Filipinos? Or does he is thinking that Hacienda Luisita farmers are not Filipinos, that is why he doesn’t care for their welfare but treat them as their family enemies? I thought he is for the welfare of the Filipino people or for only those who side their whims and insanity? If so therefore, he is indeed a Big Liar by saying he cares for the welfare of the Filipinos.

It seems this is very true just how he treated Mrs. Arroyo and Mrs. Arroyo’s former government staffs, he is treating them as not his fellow Filipinos even though it obviously shows that what he whining about against Mrs. Arroyo and Mrs. Arroyo’s former government staffs on public are just nothing but a mere hearsay based on nothing but only malice, speculations and vendetta. He is passionate and zealous on persecuting Mrs. Arroyo because he will gain something from it not like his disinterest on how to depend OFWs being sentenced to death on other countries if these fellow Filipinos of him are innocent or not because obviously he will not benefit something from it if he put forth all his power, authority and influence, and his mob to depend their fellow Filipinos abroad. Make sense why he respect the China’s Supreme People’s Court against Overseas Filipino Workers who has been sentenced to death without any clear investigation by the Philippine government if these Filipinos were innocent or not of the accusation of the government of China to them. Truly Noynoy is Anti-Pinoy because his real blood is Chinese. The Philippine Cojuangcos actually, especially Noynoy’s mother the late former Philippine president Corazon “Cory” Aquino.

Therefore, Noynoy who hypocritically projects to be Pro-Filipino is not indeed Pure Filipino and doesn’t actually seek the welfare of true Filipinos but his fellow Chinese blood relatives – the Cojuangcos – instead.

If Department of Justice(DOJ) secretary Laila De Lima wherein she now face not only contempt and possible jailing for her defiance from Supreme Court ‘s temporary restraining order (TRO) but also a disbarment case against her, is truly practicing the rule of law and just as she claim, why does her action is tainted with anti-GMA agenda or with Bias action instead of being fair and neutral(for that what Justice means, it is neither side of any political party ),like violating the temporary restraining order (TRO) with a reason coming from Anti-GMA camp; like foolishly believing a text message from unknown source only because the name of Mrs. Arroyo is involved in it that Mrs. Arroyo is seeking political asylum from Dominican Republic and Spain without validating or confirming it first from the said countries before disclosing it to the public; alleging the doctors of Mrs. Arroyo, as well as having personal malice that Mrs. Arroyo is just mere malingering and have no life-threatening disease without any evidences; not respecting the decision of the court that Hubert Webb is not guilty but still accept evidences that will jeopardize Hubert Webb; etc.?

She cannot reason out that she is just doing her job and following the orders of PNoy for actually she is not doing her job as secretary of Department of Justice but rather obviously acting as a defense lawyer of Noynoy camp instead.

See, in her defenses, there is her bias against the Arroyo camp which she should not be because she is not a defense lawyer of the Yellow camp but a secretary of Justice.

In my opinion, it is only right she will be disbarred because she is not doing her job as secretary of Justice and not practicing fairness and rule of law in her treatment to the Arroyo camp for she acts bias and unprofessional(with her blunders and denial of them)

Like a whining child that has been pacified is what the Noynoy administration behaves recently but to his believers, the pacification is a heroic deed when they successfully stop the departure of Philippine former president now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo from seeking medical treatment for her bone health problem outside the Philippines and finally able to file a (actually flawed) case against her which Noynoy arrogantly boast to his believers that what transpires is the start of his rigid campaign against corruption and he will triple his ( Hatred? Obsession? Insanity?) effort to persecute Mrs. Arroyo until he finally become successful in incarcerating her even though his ways of persecuting Mrs. Arroyo is dissentingly unlawful and contrary to the laws of the Supreme Court. For according to his imbecile and narcisstic mindset that he is the Right and the Truth and on the side of the Good.

“No matter what the law or legal order coming from the highest court in the land says, as long as I believe these to be biased against me and favor only a select few, I am intimated broadly in defying the Rule of Law. For now, his whining and bias team (KKK and Department of Justice (DOJ) sec. Laila De Lima) has been pacified and flip from saying that the Supreme Court is all wrong and bias against them and them are the truly right into declaring that they now rely on the decision of the Supreme Court regarding the detention of Mrs. Arroyo if house arrest or incarceration is necessary as long as Mrs. Arroyo is detained. See their imbecile thinking; they are now pacified because they already get what they want against Mrs .Arroyo. But they still want more of course.

Take note, “in our favor”; see their bias; Justice for them is what favors their whimsical speculations and malice against Mrs. Arroyo and not by the Rule of the Law objectively.

Actually, they are whining like this against the Supreme Court because the Supreme Court junk Noynoy’s “Truth Commission” wherein the Supreme Court finds it unconstitutionally wrong for there is already an existing government body that will investigate regarding criminal cases and this “Truth Commission” is obviously a biased and hate motivated body whose aim is only to persecute unjustly Mrs. Arroyo; a body that will violate Mrs. Arroyo’s human rights. The Supreme Court cannot tolerate such obviously bias body for the Supreme Court aim fairness and Just to all Filipino citizens in an objective way.

They also complain about the existence of Judges in the Supreme Court that are former ally of Mrs. Arroyo and want them to be remove because they suspect bias on the decision making of the judges but they willfully forget that they too have Judges in the Supreme Court which are their ally. How hypocrite these Yellow camp!

They too also rejoice upon knowing from the doctors of Mrs. Arroyo that her health is improving and can be already discharge and treated as an outpatient which they think could prove their suspicion and speculations that Mrs. Arroyo is just malingering and have secret plan to escape the allegations against her. But on the contrary, it doesn’t prove anything regarding their suspicion but rather it only proves that they are speculating again and desperately helpless in seeking fault against Mrs. Arroyo; anything that can bridge a link to their malice, they will accept like the “Text Scam” regarding Mrs. Arroyo’s application of asylum at the Dominican Republic which DOJ sec. De Lima foolishly believe only because the name of Mrs. Arroyo is attached and implicated into it. See they do not actually have any solid concrete evidence against their allegations against Mrs. Arroyo but deceiving the Filipino public that they have many evidences; but where are these evidences they boast? Perhaps, evidences like “text scam” are what they mean? What a Joke!

How can DOJ sec. De Lima prove that Mrs. Arroyo is just malingering only because the doctors say her health is improving? De Lima should be now cautious because she has already committed some blunders in the past if she doesn’t want her credibility to slide down the drain totally.

Furthermore, to inflict more on the weakness of the case and allegations of Noynoy’s camp against Mrs. Arroyo, their faulty case filed against Mrs. Arroyo which they thought in their self-righteous mindset that the case they file is legal and right just to stop Mrs. Arroyo from leaving the country is their witness, former provincial administrator Norie Unas whose testimony against Mrs. Arroyo on regards to electoral sabotage or election fraud on 2007 is just based on a mere Pure HEARSAY!

For according to the testimony of this witness, he just heard Mrs. Arroyo instructing Ampatuan the assurance of victory of Team Unity 12-0 victory in the Malacanang days before the 2007 polls without validating first what was the meaning of what he have heard.
Actually, any political parties who have bets for elections are aspiring for landslide victory of their team in the election, is not it? And will optimistically declare and cheers for landslide victory like “12-0 victory for Team Unity!” or “12-0 victory for Liberal Party!” even though they do not mean they will cheat on the election in order for their team to have landslide victory but rather their cheers is just a mere positive encouragement for the team; it doesn’t mean that the political party is already aiming widespread cheating just to met their optimistic goal of landslide victory for their team, unless one can prove that there is indeed a secret plan to do widespread cheating. But how can Norie Unas prove his suspicion if it is just his mere suspicion?

Truly the witness base his testimony on his pure malice and speculations and not base on facts and evidences. Does he have very solid convincing evidences to prove his allegations against Mrs. Arroyo or his evidence is just his mere personal suspicion and lapsing memory during those days?

This pacified whining and rejoice of them only proves that their allegations against Mrs. Arroyo is just a mere pure gossips, wild speculations and baseless malice that breeds on hatred and revenge against Mrs. Arroyo not with an objective mindset that seeks fairness and justice. It is just a mere political propaganda in order for them to stay in power and authority over the Filipino public by demonizing one’s political opponent while painting their image in the public as Heroes.

“Retarded and Misdirected”, this is how the lawmakers in the Philippines branded the decision and action of PNoy when he supported secretly the enemies of the Philippine republic-the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF)- by giving them a secret P5 Million funds through a secret Tokyo meeting with Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) Chairman Al Haj Murad Ibrahim last August 5,2011 to support secretly the plans of Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) for reinforcing the Moros, in disguise as “Peace Talks” but in full denial when the secret deal was exposed in the public and even use GMA as their scapegoat yet totally fail. For Noynoy and his KKK excuses were too illogical to be accepted.

In attempt to clean his own treason act, Noynoy announces an “all-out-justice” for those 19 Filipino soldiers that have died mercilessly on the hands of the Moros in Basilan but still fall short and boomerang back on his Hypocrite face because he has protected the Moros by his own policy and by his support for the Moros who have killed the 19 Filipino soldiers by giving them P5 million funds which is suspected that the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) used the fund to buy guns and ammunitions which the Moros has probably use to kill the 19 Filipino soldiers though the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) denied they haven’t used the P5 Million funds yet and will use it for the training of their Moros to be a better leader[??] and for the betterment of Muslim Filipinos(according to the PNoy Administration) in the hands of the Moros[???] which could be perceive as mere alibi to cover-up their dirty acts and plans.

Aquino supporting the Moros is indeed not farfetched because PNoy’s own father Ninoy Aquino is a communist conspirator who provide confidential information to Malaysia which eventually lead the Philippines to lose battle for Sabah by exposing the secret plan of former Philippine president Marcos to reclaim Sabah from illegal ownership of Malaysia which consequently cause the deaths of many Filipinos soldiers then who fight for Philippines’ ownership of Sabah by the treasonous act of Ninoy Aquino(a traitor of the Filipino race yet ignorant and brainwashed Filipinos considered him a hero).The Malaysian government is now the one gaining billions of money from oil and gas-rich Sabah illegally which is supposed to be the Philippines is the one who gains from its own land that has been snatched illegally.

Moreover, if Noynoy is like his father who loves to commit treasonous acts against Filipinos, Ninoy is also like his own father also, Benigno Aquino Sr., the grandfather of Noynoy who also commit treason act against his fellow Filipinos during World War II at the Japanese Occupation being a Makapili who betrays fellow Filipinos to the Japanese. These truths are not black propaganda against the Aquino but actually they are historically real and fact and can be verified.

Furthermore, the woman hailed as saint and mother of Philippine democracy of many Filipinos today -Corazon Aquino- free the leader of Community Part of the Philippines(CPP)-New People’s Army(NPA) Jose Maria Sison who spread communist terrorism in the Philippines then after being arrested and jailed by former Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos.

What can we say, the Aquino family is in full support of the Communist groups that spreads terroristic acts in the Philippines yet some Filipinos are still blind about the Aquinos by considering them heroes and saint[???] despite the reality that the Aquinos were not but rather enemies of the Filipinos disguise as good and supporter of Filipino mass.

When will the Filipino people be awaken from being deceived and played by the self-seeking oligarchs like the Aquino family? Up to when the Filipinos allow these traitors to continue to wrecked the entire Philippines asunder, up to when?
