Bomb Bull Bee!

Jollibee Food Corporation is the top successful food chain in the Philippines almost equal with international food chain Mc Donald wherein millions of Filipinos across the country flock daily on the food chains of Jollibee to get the taste of the beloved giant orange Bee in the Philippines — Jollibee.

But what if someone who have terroristic tendencies, as of now that the world known terrorist Osama Bin Laden is said to be already dead and his followers and supporters wants a revenge, wants to bull the beloved bee in the Philippines since Jollibee is strategically vulnerable and variable for terror attack because of many Filipinos that flocks to eat on it daily?

Wait no more, because recent reports that a bomb has been found at the ground floor of Jollibee branch at Taguig City along C-5 Road together with a box of unattended toys and baby bottles at the basement of the fast food chain. The authorities have already claimed that it is indeed a bomb, however some reports it is not.

But whether it is true or not, Jollibee lovers should now be cautious on their bee habit to avoid the bull-shit effect of these terroristic scary activities frightening not only the Filipino nation but also the rest of the world.

Sentences that still ends with Period

What is the sense of delaying a sentence with comas if it will eventually lead to a big period that will end the too much delays cause by comas?

Philippine Vice-president Jejomar Binay’s flight into China to delay the death sentence of three Filipinos caught and accused of illegal drug trafficking seems to be useless and futile because recently China still insist and pursue on the death penalty sentence for the three Filipinos. Oh what a waste of time and government funds used to please steadfast China by Jejomar.

The verdict is final and it has been ruled out according to ambassador Liu Jianchao no matter how VP JB plead for mercy for the three Filipinos that they were just duped to commit the drug crime because of their poor financial state in life; China will still pursue to execute the three Filipinos against such plead for mercy by Filipinos headed by VP JB.

Is the hard-heartedness of China to consider the appeal for reconsideration and mercy for the three Filipinos a vendetta or revenge against the irresponsible handling of PNoy administration of the August 23, 2010 bus hostage that leads to the death of some Chinese tourists? Is China still hurting about it? China wants the Philippines to felt the pain the Philippines have caused its people because of the fiasco? Oh PNoy!

Energy Saving Lights

Light bulbs are of course very important in our modern day living especially when darkness falls, but however sometimes they causes us headaches in terms of electricity bills when the light bulbs we have bought consume large watts and have short lifespan and could not cut off our budget for it because it is a home necessity. Thus, some we sometimes force to look for better light bulbs that could help us not only light our paths well but also could help us reduce our electricity bills and gave us a long light-service.

Philips could sympathize with this situation, thus it introduces on the market its own energy saving lights which they call LED bulb though there are already LED bulb brands in the market yet Philips boast theirs is different, particularly their Master Ledtube; LED stands for light emitting diodes.LED bulb is a light bulb that has low energy consumption and have long life, that consumes only 10 to 15 watts compare to Edison bulb that consumes 60 to 100 watts and that could stand a 50,000 hours, respectively of a Philips branded LED bulb. However, Philips own LED bulbs cost much compare to other brands. Thus, Philips conceptualized their own marketing strategy, especially in the Philippines where most Filipinos are not rich enough to afford such costly yet very effective energy saving lighting solution of Philips. They call it “Green Loan”.

According to Philips, Green Loans are loans that are provided for companies and government projects as well (if the government considered Philips as their subcontractor for their infrastructure projects that need lighting finishes) that would want to retrofit their respective buildings and replace some building fixtures for a more energy efficient ones or for Philips energy efficient lighting solutions. Such as for example, if one company wants to replace their lighting fixtures in favor for a more energy saving ones but do not have a budget for it, Philips could help them materialized it by providing the company Philips so-called “Green Loans”, in partnership with Philips chosen banks.

Actually, Philips boasts that they have light up the plaza of Baguio city Philippines in partnership with the project of the local government of Baguio city providing Baguio city their “green lighting solution” or with their own LED bulbs.

Victims Of Drugs And Money

Death for drug trafficking is the fate for most Filipinos working abroad who was said to be victimized by world drug syndicate disguising as an international job recruiters that promises jobs abroad that has well-off salaries wherein most poor Filipinos who are aspiring for greener pasture abroad were tempted to apply without suspecting the legality of this international job agency because of Filipinos favorite motto “Kahit ano basta mey trabaho;basta para sa pamilya;huwag lang pabigat” or because of Filipinos love for their families that they will do everything in order to survive and to help.

Most Filipinos who were in a death rows specifically on China were said to have a drug trafficking case which they unwittingly got from the job they unsuspectingly knew to be just a disguise for such illegal activity. For most Filipinos are obedient and industrious in terms of work to their masters; thus it is said that some foreign countries love Filipino workers because of such obedient and industrious attitude in their works. However, this good attitude of some Filipinos on work is sometimes becomes the reason for Filipinos to be duped, deceived, abused and frame up by their foreign employers. For there are many Filipinos who are imprisoned and have criminal cases abroad, especially now that there are sprouting reports that there are many Filipinos working abroad who are sentenced to death penalty which the Philippine government have no such knowledge of or they have already knew it but do not do any actions at all. But as reported, the Philippine government is doing their best to save as much as possible our fellow Filipinos from being sentenced to death.

However, some Filipinos here in the Philippines were so insensitive, very judgment, hard-hearted, self-righteous and siding foreigners(that is, they trusted and sided more the foreign countries who convicts their racial brothers or fellow Filipinos for such an alleged crimes rather than sided their fellow Filipinos) to their own fellow Filipino brothers and sisters which only hampers the case of their fellow Filipinos abroad because the foreigners will have an impression that the Filipino race are very divisive people and their decision to sentenced these Filipino workers is really right. These foreign will have an impression “If their own racial brothers they do not trust and love; so how can we trust their innocence against the crimes we accused them”.

These some insensitive Filipinos, not only shows lack of moral support to their fellow Filipinos but also gave the Philippines as well as the Filipino race a bad name and reputation on the sight of foreign countries that the Philippines is indeed a den of criminals and the Filipino race are really bad people because Filipinos condemn one another and do not trust one another and would betray their fellow Filipinos to a foreigner.

But if Filipinos will all unite on one voice to show their support for their fellow Filipinos working abroad, the foreign countries will be ashamed and would think twice about their impression to Filipino race that they might be just frame up and are really innocent and good people.

Filipino Dignitaries on America

It seems to be that America is the second home of most Filipinos wherein the number of Filipino immigrants settling on the American land is not handful to be measured. Thus, the blood of Filipinos already conquering the American races through gaining dignitary positions on the American land is indeed surprising such as Brigadier General Cary Chun who is said to be the highest ranking Filipino general in the United States Air Force who heads all the Department of Defense Space Forces of the Unites States; judge Lilian Lim who said to be the first Filipina judge in the United States;Ms. Velma Veloria who said to be the first Filipino-American who become a Washington state legislature; Mr. Rey Pagtakhan said to be the first Filipino-Canadian Parliament member; Ms.Josie Natori a Filipina fashion designer not only known in America but also in the world; and many other Filipinos who gain a dignified position on the American land.

If since 2006, there are already millions of Filipino immigrants in the United States, what more today or this current year wherein brand new Filipino achievers were arising into one of America’s dignitaries. There are many of them which are not reported on the mainstream media in the Philippines but just later on discovered when they make noise or controversies around the world. The recent is Ms. Charice Pempengco‘s success.

Now aside from Ms. Charice Pempengco who has gain respect as an entertainment artist in the United States, recently another Filipino have gain such position in America, who has become the first Filipino to become a president of Seton Hall University in New Jersey (a Catholic University in America).He is Mr. Amado Gabriel Esteban, a Philippine born Filipino that got the highest position in an American Catholic University wherein only priests of the university are voted for the position. It is another brand new dignitary position an immigrant Filipino received on a foreign land and it do not end there but continue counting which make us wonder how come America become the benchmark of international success of most Filipinos but on other countries we never heard any dignitary success but shame actually most especially on Singapore where most Filipinos received death penalty for the sins they, I guess did not commit but was only frame up on Singapore.

The recent population of Filipino immigrants has become 1.7 million from being 1.6 million as the Migration Information Source says :

Cause of Carjacking In The Philippines

Carjacking or carnapping is already established customary theft cases in the Philippines since the emergence of luxury cars in the Philippine market or on Philippine automotive industry which has gone very worse nowadays which includes now gruesome killings because the prices of cars (not only luxury cars) nowadays has gone high thus it tempts and seduces those who aspire for instant big money where handling of such carjack cases already gone out of hand though the Philippine National Police reportedly announced against the prevailing carjack cases, that carnapping or carjacking cases has been down or low.

Of course, the basic reason why one does theft is because one wants to have the object one rob either to own it for an exchange to something one covet, using it. Just like carjacking incidents in the Philippines wherein the main reason for stealing cars is to transmute the stolen car into the desire cash equivalent or more. In terms of killing the car owner in a brutal and gruesome way just like what happened to Emerson Lozano and Venzon Evangelista is to silence them without a trace so that these owners could not pest their car-thief activities by reporting them to the authorities, in order for their illegal activities to run smooth and in harmony.

Therefore, we can see that it is financial necessities that drives a Filipino to steal cars from his or her fellow Filipino car owners due to cars have higher or million cash value. It starts with financial poverty that turns into financial greediness and that turns into a criminal character-like killing people in a horrible gruesome way.

Therefore, financial insecurities or should I say poverty drives Filipinos to steal and to kill, aside from outburst of anger ad wrath brought by some arbitrary factors and reasons.

So now, what does the present Philippine administration or very new Philippine government is doing to uproot the cause which is poverty (financial and spiritual) or they just satisfied with “pesticide effects”( control, fight and subdue the pest mechanism) system which do not really solve the problem because the mechanism or treatment do not really uproot the cause.

Another reason I guess is the materialistic culture that prevails in the modern culture of Filipinos, that is one have lots of money and wealth one is well respected by his own family, friends ,relatives and the community one resides; but if one do not have any money, one is being despise and hated and considered “none-sense” person. Moreover, if one has large of money, one can do everything what he or she wanted to do aside from being respected and honored by everyone.

Quadricentennial Colonial Rule?

Yes, it is the oldest Asian university in the world which the Philippines can be proud of, but it is really worth the pride knowing it is not really originally Philippine-made? Ah, sorry for those Filipinos who are patriotic to colonial legacy. Anyway, let’s face it there is no real nationalism and patriotism in the Philippines because the country is a mixture of cultures which is re-branded and called “The Philippines” and the brand new hybrid race – “Filipinos”

The original true Filipinos have long been gone and obsolete in history which every new Filipinos that has been born in the present generation have no any knowledge of. Truly colonial rules and rocks!

However, I do not say that colonialism is bad and evil, but what I would like to point out is that it hijacks the growth and flourish-ment of pure homogenous blooded culture or race that will supposed to bring a distinct pure strong one race and culture that will give a clear accurate trace of origin of the race and culture or a pure clear and accurate history. Colonialism hijacks ones’ pure culture through hybridization or merging their dominant colonial genes and culture on the conquered race so that they could Lord or rule over them in genes and in culture over a lifetime. It is a way to erase the origin and pure race of the conquered race while preserving their dominant genes and culture. This is a great advantage for them, but to the conquered race a great terrible disadvantage because their once pure race lost real identity and could no longer tracks back accurately where they came from and who really they are.

From this standpoint, the true real identity of real pure blooded Filipinos could no longer be track back accurately and lost forever in space due to multiple colonization of the Filipino race, wherein now the most dominant of all Philippine conquerors are the Spaniards whose genes (mestizo, mestiza) and belief system (Christianity) still rules and lords over the Filipino race; not to mention that the country name “Philippines” was derived from the name of the Spanish King then – King Philip. Moreover, one great example is this quadricentennial or 400 years old Catholic Dominican University in the Philippines – the University of Santo Tomas (st. Thomas Aquinas) or widely known as UST –which takes pride to have still strong colonial strongholds on the Philippine archipelago for 400 years in controlling and influencing the hybrid race Filipinos to continue the legacy of their great conqueror (the Spaniards) and uphold it and be proud of it in their colonized hearts and minds.

It is actually a disaster on the pure true race of Filipinos but a great advantage and victory to preserve Spanish genes and culture on the Philippine land.

Therefore, is it worth a pride to take pride the victory and triumph of this colonial university as the oldest university in Asia and in the Philippines, which every Filipinos could be proud of around the world? The answer depends on the present day Filipinos.

Anyway, this colonial university –University of Santo Tomas(UST) celebrates their 400 year anniversary last January 28,2011 or what they called Quadricentennial anniversary with the unveilment of their new “Quattromondial”sculpture that composes and represents four symbolism of the university, namely

(1) Young Male Filipino student, whose sculptor’s model for it is the Philippine movie star Mr.Piolo Pascual

(2) Young Female Filipino student, whose sculptor’s model is the movie actress and TV host and beauty queen Ms. Charlene Gonzales

(3) A Thomasian teacher, modeled of course by a thomasian teacher in the university

(4) and, a Dominican Friar, whose sculptor’s model is Fr. Rolando V. Dela Rosa – the current president or rector magnifus of University of Santo Tomas.

The sculptor monument stands 10 meter high sculptured by the Filipino artist Ramon Orlina.

Awarding Filipinos Abroad

Whenever Filipinos leave their homeland or the Philippines to find greener Pasteur abroad, they do not leave actually the Philippines rather they took the Philippines together with them in their journeys abroad by showing and displaying their “pagka-Pilipino” among the foreigners they mingled abroad. Some become successful, some don’t.

But to those who make it abroad and makes the Filipino races shine, the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is quick to say “Thank You” to them by awarding them the BPInoy Awards which the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) have conceptualized to give credits to those Filipinos who brings great pride to the Philippine in their successful journey abroad; which the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) do it yearly.

Last year 2010,the Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI) have awarded two successful international Filipinos, namely,(1) Ms. Charice Pempengco for her very successful career as an international entertainer abroad, and (2) Dr. Manuel Cacdac, the founder and chair of Hydrocephalus Foundation of the Philippines, for giving free hydrocephalus surgical operation to many marginalized communities here and abroad.

“Through the BPInoy Awards, we are creating an avenue for Filipinos all over the world to connect, inspire and to celebrate distinct nationalistic pride in evrymen.BPI recognizes our deserving countrymen whose stories attest to the world that we, Filipinos, are globally competitive” –BPI VP Teresita Tan.

How To Put To Death “Death Penalty”

Death Penalty as we all know is a Legalized form of Killing or murder; it is a legalized “SIN” because “to kill or to murder” what we all know is sin and some called an act of killing or murder an “EVIL act”.

Does the implementation of Death Penalty bring life, justice and end heinous crimes in the Philippines? I don’t think so. But the new Vice President of the Philippines Jejomar Binay thinks it so as he utter his desire to bring back death penalty in the Philippine in his outburst emotional response when he attended the wake of the brutally murdered son of attorney Oliver Lozano at media interview.

Death Penalty has been in the Philippines since the Marcos administration but was only removed at the time of former Philippine president Corazon Aquino and was revived during between the administration of former Philippine presidents Fidel V. Ramos and Joseph Ejercito Estrada and was removed again at the time of the recent former Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo because of the mistake and failure of the execution of the First ever Filipino to receive death penalty by lethal injection –Leo Echagaray for the crime of rape which was found eventually that he is not guilty or was innocent of the crime he was accused of  and the true rapist is at large and unknown. What a big slap on the Philippines justice system, thus it was removed. It was the roar and pro-death penalty campaigns in the media which influenced unlearned people that Leo Echagaray succumb into untimely death before he was proven innocent; so sad that people at that time were driven by brainless wrath to revenge for the rape victim.

But now Vice president Binay, is wishing to bring it back? ; To repeat this “sad scenario” just to tell to the world that “we do justice”, WHAT JUSTICE?? Does he think well when he utters a wish for its revival or is he just emotional overwhelmed at the wake of the brutally murdered son of attorney Oliver Lozano?

There are many bad consequences to the justice system of the Philippines when Death penalty will be rekindled its frightening presence in the Philippines.

More injustices will be engendered in the end by mistakenly sentencing to death innocent poor Filipinos and foreigners once they could not proven themselves innocent at the allowed period of presenting evidences and proofs that one is not guilty of the crime being accused of and by the influence of ignorant brainless and heartless wrathful masses.

Moreover, if one is financially poor and destitute how can one find a trustworthy attorney that cannot be bought by money, to depend one’s innocence?

Truly more innocent lives will be shredded unjustly by this satanic capital punishment.

Furthermore, we already know that the financially rich and wealthy prosecuted and accused ones could pervert justice and could buy money-face attorneys, lawyers and judges.

Therefore, is this “death penalty” will stop heinous crimes or will just added more unjust crimes perpetrated by its revival and presence, wherein “death penalty” is also a heinous crime concealed by the law of legality of the state or country. For death penalty is an act of torturing a person until it dies, which has no difference with the sadistic and psychotic behavior of seemingly soulless criminals who torture first their victims before they eventually kill their victims.

Death penalty is NOT HUMANE ACT, rather it is BEASTIAL ACT. Bestial act (death penalty) against bestial act (heinous crimes) will not solve or eliminate crimes within the country or state. Fear is not the answer and will not uproot the main cause of crimes. it just controls but never solves; it just control the symptoms but never cures and heals.

A more humanitarian solution is the key to solve bestial problems like crimes; for every effect (activities) there is a cause (reason for the activity).The cause should be addressed to solve the problem and not controlling the effects without removing the cause; For the effects will not end if the cause is not removed.

Remember Filipinos, your National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal was a victim of Death penalty or capital punishment which is Firing squad during the Spanish occupation but he is innocent.

Remember also Filipinos, your beloved colonial religious deity Jesus Christ was also a victim of Death penalty or capital punishment which is crucifixion but Jesus Christ is innocent.

Remember also Filipinos, your beloved fellow Filipinos that have suffered Death Penalty on other countries by hanging are also innocent.

Remember Filipinos, the humane in you and don’t let the bestial overtake your human side.

Remember Filipinos, to Love and Understand and don’t let Hate and Wrath overtake that Love and understanding within your soul.

Proud To Be Colonized and Duped?

Sinulog, Ati-atihan and other so-called (“Filipino???”) sto.nino festivals, as well as the festivities for the statues of “Virgin Mary” and “Christian Jesus”, are these originally home-grown Filipino religious culture which every Filipino could be proud of and show-off to foreign tourists that visits the Philippines? Tell me the truth; else I will hit your lying lips.

I just really wonder why some Filipinos put great importance and focus on a colonial influenced belief and cultural system and traditions, as well as to colonial products and services and detest and abhor their own set of home-grown belief and cultural system and products and services, is this what the Filipino called “Nationalism” and “Patriotism”?; Nationalism and patriotism to other nation’s beliefs and culture and products and services other then one’s own? Wowowee!; A nation that do not value itself but rather values the other nation’s colonial legacy of its conquerors.

(1) Filipino Colonial Lovers: “I love Christianity; I hate and don’t like Maharlikan-Lemurian belief system”

(2)Filipino Colonial Lovers: “I love Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, etc.; I don’t like MyPhone”

(3)Filipino Colonial Lovers: “I love Korean series; I hate over dramatic and repetitive Pinoy drama and fantasy series”

(4)Filipino Colonial Lovers: “I want to marry rich foreigners; I don’t like poor and lazy Filipinos”

(5)Filipino Colonial Lovers: “I love Waltdisney; I don’t like Filipino-made animations, they are kind of cheap quality”

(6)Filipino Colonial Lovers: “I love Nike, Adidas, Converse, etc.; I don’t like Marikina shoes, they are cheap”

(7)Filipino Colonial Lovers: “I love America, Europe, Canada, etc.; I hate the poor Philippines”

These are just handful of examples of our complains and detestment to our own home-grown country- The Philippines- especially those who aspire and covet other nation’s identity and culture: “Bakit sila ang galling,pero tayo hindi? “

Why is it so that we could not proud of our own but what we exalt more and patronized more and value more is the legacy of our conquerors?

Do we not have our own identity and culture which we could be proud of and show-off to the world, that this is “Us”, aside from Tourist attractions like Boracay?

In religion, in governmental style, in products and services, can we not develop and nurture our own and not culturing and nurturing other nation’s culture and products and services? Why can’t we?

It is because up until now, we still let our nations be subdued with colonial influence or influence of other nations and could not decide and make on our own?

Or is it because we do not Believe Ourselves that is why other nations could dupe our thinking and manipulate our confidence?

When will the Philippines arise on High without the Wings of Colonial Legacy? When?

Honestly, whenever, I saw these Christian-inspired activities and festivities like the sto.Nino festival, feast of the Black Nazarene, feast of the Lady of “Chubakchenez”(ehehe),I felt so ashamed for the Philippines because those Filipinos who participate on such religious colonial legacy festivities, put to shame themselves in the world and especially to those World Intellectuals who watch us and perceived us that the majority of Filipinos are just a mere religious laughingstock and “dupyDucks” nation, that do not have their own identity in terms of Belief and cultural system, but just a mere “brainless slaves” or puppet and robot of feed and controlled by the world organized religion like Christianity and Islam and by the World Elites in terms of commerce and capitalism.

So sad to see these retarding and not progressing state of the Philippines in line of Belief and cultural system.

I declare that The Philippines is NOT YET TOTALLY FREE. It is still slaves of the influence of Spaniards and world’s commercialism.
