Made Like “Political Prisoners”

Last December last year 2011,a group of prisoners which they call themselves as ‘”political prisoners” go on hunger strike to call for president Noynoy Aquino to help them on their state and ask the president to withdraw ‘baseless charges” against them and grant them unconditional amnesty. But however, one of the spokesman of the Aquino government, Edwin Lacierda deny that there are so-called “political prisoners” in the country today which of course consequently disheartened this group of prisoners which they call themselves as “political prisoners”, saying, “…the current number of political prisoners in the country is zero…”

But they insist they are; but are they are really?

According to them most of them were falsely charged with the same charges which is the “illegal possession of explosives” wherein they were perceived as members of any active armed groups in the Philippines like the New People’s Army (NPA) or the Moros of MILF (Moro Islamic Liberation Front) or members of the Abu Sayyaf group, whereas, according to them were not true but just somewhat planted and frame-up and were arrested while doing their usual civil activities.

Therefore, if they are falsely charged to have explosives, then they are not true “political prisoners” but rather made to be like it. For if they admit they are indeed a political prisoners, they are already admitting that the charges charged upon them is indeed true and not false because a political prisoners as define is someone who is arrested and incarcerated illegally and put on unfair trial, only because one either have strong dissenting political views that has the tendency to be treasonous or someone is an accomplice of a treasonous act or have connivance and association with a political figure or political group that opposes vehemently the mainstream governance like the New People’s Army (NPA),Abu Sayaff, and MILF in the Philippines who have very strong opposite views regarding governance of the mainstream government.

Moreover, neither they are “Prisoner of Conscience(PoC)” too because they were not arrested due to their own set of belief systems either religious or political or race but according to them, they were just Falsely accused of “Baseless Charges”, thus they were arrested and incarcerated.

They should stop labeling themselves and claiming themselves to be real ‘political prisoners” and asking for unconditional amnesty if they are just falsely build up to be through false charges that will make them “political prisoners”. They should stop on repeatedly claiming and telling on the public they are political prisoners if they are indeed innocent of the false charges that insinuates them to be “political prisoners”, else they are only proving that they are guilty of the charges.

But rather, if they are indeed innocent of the charges they should seek justice and incarcerate rather the real perpetrator and criminal who falsely charged them and ask the Integrated Bar of the Philippines instead to give them a non-bias attorney that will help them in their respective case.

And they should stop knocking on the Aquino administration that shows blatant partiality and biases lately, if they want real justice.

Looks like the Aquino administration have hatch another zero or failed management again instead of gaining a star on regards to disaster management and its goal of “zero casualties” through poor preventive management of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and PNoy’s National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) to prevent the disastrous effects of forthcoming effects of typhoon Sendong on the southern part of the Philippines, as it shows apparently on the news the havoc and casualties it has inflicted especially on Cagayan De Oro city Philippines and Iligan city Philippines which have repeated their poor and incompetent management on the previous large flooding on the Luzon or northern part of the Philippines due to typhoons Pedring and Quiel that has happened earlier this same year 2011.

But National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) undersecretary Benito Ramos have categorically denied they lack on informing the Mindanao people and preparing for the coming of typhoon Sendong but the Mindanao people themselves lacks the initiative to move and heed their early warning.

However, according to the first bulletin posted by National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), their warning post was just posted hours ago or less than 24 hours before typhoon Sendong attack northern Mindanao while the residents of Northern Mindanao are fast asleep without any “pre-emptive evacuation” or actual warning from the local government of Mindanao to their residents. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said they will not move unless they have a “cue” from Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA),thus they pass the burden of blame on Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) if in any case the Filipino people will be enraged with the poor management and incompetency of National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) just like their master from Malacanang who loves to play blame game rather be responsible and accountable for whatever happens in their sphere of management.

But Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) have transfer the blame to their own policy or they are just following their policy of raising a storm signals at least 36 hours before the storm hits the bull’s eye, though there are already warning from Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) of the US Navy that they have tracked a super typhoon headed on the Mindanao part of the Philippines, five days or four days before Sendong hits Mindanao between December 16-17.

Yes, this Aquino administration can break any known legal proceedings just only to satiate its administration and its believer’s obsession and insanity to persecute and incarcerate former Philippine president and now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo without any solid concrete evidence, but they cannot break their own policy just for the sake of the safety of the Mindanao people. What a “fucking” governance this Noynoy have! And instead of admitting their own mistake and incompetency, they resort of playing blame games which is indeed so annoying and could raise one’s blood pressure thinking that these incompetent government officials just waste taxpayer’s money by their incompetency and hypocrisy.

Will the Filipinos just bear the growing incompetency and blatant hypocrisy of Aquino administration upon knowing that Aquino and his officials were being paid by people’s money to serve the Filipino nation?

Even the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) of US have forecasted nearly a week the course of Sendong before it hits the Philippines but the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is fast asleep in picking up this urgent information that could somehow save lives if they just heed the international forecast.

We always thought that tyranny or dictatorship form of government is the sole culprit that kills freedom of expression for it results into extra-judicial killings of journalists and writers but known patron of arts and culture in the Philippines which have authored the law that has created the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), that is, Senator Edgardo Angara, poor and bad economy also kills press freedom.

He stated this on his speech at the Communication Expo 2011 in Boracay Philippines recently,s aying it is because poor economic status of the country makes broadcasting and publishing hard and difficult because financially poor people according to him, will not opt to buy either published materials like newspaper or spent time buying bad news on TV but would rather work extra more hours to have more money for their essential needs to cope with the decreasing buying power of every monetary value or whatever bill or coins they may have in their pockets.

“The free economy — where demand and availability dictate price, especially of oil, and with it, newsprint, ink and electricity — is killing freedom of expression. It is killing free expression far more effectively than tyranny ever could… The greatest threat to press freedom and freedom of expression is economics….”

With what is going on the current poor and retarding economic status of the Philippines under the Aquino government because of Aquino administration under spending and suspension of economic projects that will suppose to boost the economy of the Philippines, according to Senator Edgardo Angara, the traditional press has been affected by it; production and distribution cost of printed materials become costly and people with less money or people without extra money will not be able to afford a budget for it.

“Today, our economy’s growth has slowed from a little over seven to a under four percent. The situation for media and other traditional forms of communication will only worsen as the cost barrier to press freedom — the wall of production and distribution costs around free and effective communication — rises ever higher.”

But he added that the “new economy” created by the world wide web or by the internet,have somewhat salvage traditional press freedom from banckruptcy due to poor and bad economy just like what happen to The New York Times he said,despite of the poor economy the Philippines have now on the administration of PNoy.

“But the new economy has also provided the greatest means of liberation….technology has opened a new frontier of communication where the material cost is minimal compared with the intellectual and imaginative demands. One needs more mind, memory and imagination to communicate effectively through the web than on the printed page..”

But in my opinion, credibility of the publishing company and their printed products also plays big role on killing one’s freedom of expression through printed mediums aside from tyrannical government and poor retarding economy. For who will buy one’s printed products or printed materials like newspaper if the buying public do not trust and believe anymore one’s printed materials?

Whatever the situation may be, in my own opinion, credibility kills more also press freedom than having a poor economy for people buy something if they trust and believe on it; whatever it cost, if they trust and believe it, they will still buy it.

If people believes on your product, though one’s country have poor economic status and though you raise or increase the cost or prize of your printed materials or any product you are selling to the public, people will still patronize and buy your product because of your credibility to them or because of their trust and faith in your product. Whatever happens, if they still have trust and faith on your printed materials, surely poor economy cannot kill your press freedom.

Furthermore, not only credibility but also people’s thirst for credible and sound information and knowledge makes your publishing company going strong despite of poor economy. But if they don’t believe and trust your printed materials and people are not inclined to sound information and knowledge, though you may be on a strong economy, it will still kill your press freedom and lead your publishing company into bankruptcy.

1. “Wala Akong Kasalanan” A year after the August 23,2010 Manila bus hostage tragedy brought by a botched rescue operation of the Philippine police forces, innocent victims, especially the Chinese Hong Kong nationals, are still howling and hunger for justice because up until now the Aquino administration has not made those who are really responsible and accountable of the fiasco responsible and accountable but blame all the failure to a one “deranged” man (Rolando Mendoza) and wash off the hands of those who are really responsible and accountable why the bus hostage resulted into a big failure and disaster brought by the incompetency or lack of skills to manage properly the crisis then.

The worst side of it is that the Aquino administration have already moved on, on what have happened as if nothing happens without any apology and compensation of justice to those innocent victims that suffered from the fiasco most especially the Chinese Hong Kong nationals who until now could not move on; which only hurt more the pain the Chinese Hong Kong nationals suffers. Moreover, NoyNoy himself with great pride refuses to say sorry just to mollify the hurt and pain the innocent victims by saying idiotically that he has no fault to what have happened as if he is not the current President of the Philippines and just a mere innocent Filipino civilian out there that has nothing to do with the bus hostage management.

Chinese Hong Kong nationals: “We never even got a phone call or a letter apologizing for what happened. That should have been the most basic thing to do. None of us received a word from the government of the Philippines.”

PNoy was so very heartless and idiot that it is already obvious that the operation and rescue management of the Police force to save the hostages alive and capture the hostage taker without shedding any blood or without being killed Fails, he still insists that the police force never fails and it is the fault of the hostage taker alone why the operation to rescue the hostages alive fails and was so reluctant to make a formal public apology to the innocent victims of the fiasco who are still grieving and seeking justice even during the failure result of the bus hostage up until now just to mollify the hurt cause by the bus hostage tragedy to the lives of the Hong Kong nationals who just came here in the Philippines then to make tourist tour.

His so-called regrets about what happened is FAKE because he can’t even say “sorry” or make an apology for what have happened. His so-called “regrets” is that the incident did not boost his self-conceited EGO regarding on how his administration could show off. For he did not see himself as incompetent leader but rather very competent leader that is only under siege (He has an illusion of self- superiority; for if not he will have humility to say “sorry” and will be ashamed and will not prosecute publicly GMA unjustly) Thus, he is HEARTLESS to those Chinese Hong Kong nationals that seeks the mollification of the hurt and pain the fiasco have cause their lives.

No matter how he toss the dice just to cleanse and get rid of himself and his KKK from being responsible and accountable for the failure of the Manila Bus hostage that resulted into bloodbath, he still could not deny the truth that the bus hostage fiasco happens within his jurisdiction and administration that requires him and his KKK to be responsible and accountable to whatever happens within his jurisdiction as the current president of the Philippines.

And being the president of the Philippines, he is the Executive Chief of the armed force of the Philippines; and what are the armed forces of the Philippines? –they are the military and police force of the Philippines wherein he has direct command as current Philippine president, that are in charge and responsible and accountable for the protection of both the Filipino citizens and foreigners who visit and stay in the Philippines.

If the Filipino people will continue to let PNoy’s self-conceit or pride to sour very high that everyone in the world could see or witness, for sure not only the relationship of the Philippines with Hong Kong and Chinese people will put into great jeopardy but also other nations or countries that will come into similar problems with what have happened to Chinese Hong Kong nationals, and many Filipinos working abroad or many OFWs will be in great peril just like what happened to the innocent three Filipinos who has been sentenced to death in China as China’s secret revenge to the heartless management of PNoy administration to the lives of the innocent Chinese Hong Kong nationals that were shed in vain at the August 23,2010 bus hostage fiasco.

Will the Filipinos let PNoy put the lives of many OFWs in great danger for another year of PNoy’s term with PNoy’s arrogant, incompetent, and HEARTLESS style of presidency? Moreover, not only the OFWS but also foreigners who visit the Philippines for tourist adventures only.

Will the Filipino do nothing about it?

NoyNoy is fool to think that the Chinese people though they will received him in China this coming month without showing rage against him is not affected by his heartless reply to Chinese Hong Kong nationals that have become an innocent victims of his own incompetency without saying apology or sorry
.
2. OFWs on Libyan Conflict. Nowadays, the Middle East countries are in the middle of government conflicts and unrest. And those Filipinos working within these countries are often caught in the middle of whether they will stay and preserve their precious job or evacuate and leave the country and their workplace back into the Philippine home land to save their lives that is in the brink of danger due to uprisings within the country they are working with.
Recently, OFWs were affected again on another conflict on Libya and the Philippine government has to do something about it of course.
Fortunately, OFWs working on Libya were safely safeguarded from the reported conflicts.

3. Tyhoon Mina. Another weekly typhoon pass through the Philippine archipelago which cause as usual flood and other typhoon related issues; and out after the week.

4. The Dengue Attack Continues. Still not sated within a week of killing children last week, the dengue continues on its killing spree this week.

Hallucinating To Be The Key To End Corruption

Does the Freedom Of Information (FOI) Bill really the answer to end corruption and anomalies in the government, most especially in the Philippines? In my opinion, my answer is definitely flat “NO”; even though there are clamors that Freedom Of Information (FOI) Bill could be the key to end corruption and anomalies in the government once and for all. Those who advocate and promote this bill to be the ultimate solution to end corruption are hallucinating and daydreaming. For how can it end corruption and anomalies in the government if the government itself is the one who controls the public documents and could choose which one to be open and concealed to and from the public, respectively. Whatever the form of government and whoever is the leader or head of state of the government or a particular country or in the Philippines, the government will still seek its self-protection from being scrutinized and rend by the hands of the civil society; else the government will fall asunder and anarchy will rule.

The government will always seek to protect itself against unscrupulous inquiries of unknown civilian who wanted or requesting public documents and the government will only provide which the government personally deem for public usage and disposal and conceal the rest from the public most especially the very important documents.
The fear of destabilized National Security; espionage from other countries; the fear of secret terrorist attack by giving public documents to a disguise terrorist as civilian; etc. spells out loudly that Freedom Of Information (FOI) Bill is not the key to end the so-called corruption and anomaly in the government, especially in the Philippines.

To the Filipinos who advocates and promotes the Freedom Of Information(FOI)Bill and insist the passage of this bill into Philippine laws only because NoyNoy Aquino is now the president of the Philippines are indeed daydreaming that NoyNoy will not be bias and will open every government agencies and departments to the public like a free open field wherein everyone could took upon their feet on; unless NoyNoy or PNoy is a very stupid president of the Philippines to do that and if they see NoyNoy is indeed a very stupid Philippine president to risk the National Security of the Philippines from being attack secretly by unscrupulous civilians. So that is why they vote NoyNoy? In order to ransack the government documents because NoyNoy can be fool and dupe?

Actually, the Aquino administration have already modified this bill according to some reports that do not suits the desires of those who advocates it but rather that will suits the interests of the government itself which is the National security of the government.

Top Happenings in the Philippines within the days between July 11,2011 up to July 17,2011 that make a noise in the Philippines in accordance to my observation as well as my own opinions regarding them.

1. Zaldy’s Truth or Way Out? One will wonder why Zaldy Ampatuan only now reveal (if it is true) that former Philippine president Ms. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo indeed cheat the 2004 and 2007 elections and not on the middle of its investigation then, now that he is in the brink to be sentenced on court for the Maguindanao Massacre accused against him, his brother and his father? So what is his hidden motive for doing such, to save himself?

If his purpose is only to save his life, then his revelations could not be true but it is just his trick to bait the PNoy administration since GMA is the weakness of PNoy. Furthermore, his mere testimony without any solid material evidence to back it up will not be strong enough to implicate GMA on the alleged 2004 and 2007 election cheating for the court never honors much a mere mouth-testimony only because eye witness testimonies are not always reliable and credible since humans tends to have memory lapses.

But since PNoy is GMA obsessed, he bite the bait and would like to turn upside down the table making Zaldy Ampatuan a star witness rather than one of the main suspects of the Maguindanao massacre only because PNoy hear the majic word – GMA. Thus, he could now pervert justice just only he could feed his own wrath and obsession against GMA.

Actually, Malacanang have already given Zaldy Ampatuan a lawyer as a star witness.

Not only PNoy got hook on Zaldy’s bait but also the rest who were obsessed to know the truth behind the alleged 2004 and 2007 election fraud especially on Maguindanao.But is Zaldy a credible witness or proof to discover the truth about the 2004 to 2007 election fraud or he will just pervert only more everything since we already knew that he is in the brink of being sentence for the Maguindanao massacre and he is just fabricating something just to save himself?

What a shame to this current administration if they succumb to this kind of trickery if Zaldy is just fabricating lies just to save himself.

2. Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) so-called “corruption” is a fraud. The accusation of new management of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) against the past administration regarding corrupt practices and bishops receiving pajeros and cash was proven to be not accurately true and the new management of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) are the ones who are doing a corrupt practices instead by insinuating on the public something not true and the bishops wanted a public apology for the stain the false accusation of the new management of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) have caused to their morale and reputation, but PNoy is reluctant to give in to such request though his another new appointee have failed again.

3. A Call To Oust PNoy by Col. Generoso Mariano. An incumbent deputy commander of the Naval Reserve Command, Col.Geneorso Mariano on a video call the nation to do an action to replace the incompetence Aquino administration by forcing PNoy to oust thru People Power[??] which culminates the start of dissatisfaction of big and dignitary people in the Philippines against PNoy style of presidency contrary to PNoy’s self-delusional claim that majority of Filipinos love him and those who oppose him are just mere GMA supporters or opposition supporters. However, this is not the first time a dignitary person calls the public to dethrone PNoy on his post, but lately a Butuan Bishop named Juan De Dios Pueblos calls PNoy to resign.

This scenario is good for it teaches PNoy not to be arrogantly haughty and too much braggart-ly self-righteous. But it seems it has no effect to humble his boastfulness for he just brush it off that it is just the opinion of one person and no one supports Mariano.

Actually, though some Filipinos do not like anymore PNoy, they also already hate going to streets and perform another People Power but rather just withstand PNoy’s incompetency, hypocrisy, braggart-ness, and self-righteousness for more years hoping a miracle will come.

4. Crocodile Attacks. The gruesome death of a fisherman has brought back the public scare of crocodile attacks and some old cases wherein the prime suspect is the crocodile. Communities near swamps and rivers are often the sudden helpless victims of the onslaughts of a hungry crocodile.

What’s Wrong Spiritually With PNoy’s Cronyism?

Though the Aquino administration denies some graft and irregularities allegations regarding their cabinet officials (Actually, this denial scheme is not something new for every administration have a habit of denying an allegations of such and such) by the opposition minority which vice-versa do the same then when they have reverse roles; the only difference is the Aquino administration is very hypocritical sometimes with the former administrations since its election campaign period, very consistent actually; the Aquino administration could not still deny that its administration is founded on cronyism which it hypocritically condemn on the Marcos administration then and even on Gloria’s administration, very hypocritical see.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with appointing friends and buddies as long as  they are qualified for the position but what is something wrong is the unjust, unfair and hypocritical slandering tactics of this Administration to former administrations to cleanse its Administration from any political stain whereas it also shows it has more disgusting style of management.

It do not practice what it preach : Publicly condemning and judging people and former administration without just and fair treatment but only with wild speculations and malice as well as a loud arrogant babbling of hogwash nonsense, is not indeed a “Straight Path(Daang Matuwid)”.It is the way of the crooked and “corrupt minds”(Malicious) and even the way of an “Corrupt Heart” (Selective sympathy and empathy); unless PNoy’s administration do not preach their so-called “Straight Path(Daang Matuwid)” from the very start, they can do or he can do so and would not appear very offensive (It appears very offensive because it shows that the general mass as if it has been tricked or deceived by their election slogan that they are on the “Right Path” just only to vote him for presidency; it is indeed a true case of “betrayal of Public Trust”),self-righteous and hypocrite (as if they are the only administration that can do the right thing for the Philippines while slandering other administrations to be “evil and corrupt”, treading the “evil and wrong path” and do nothing good but only corrupt government funds and revenues)

Perhaps the opposition minority just want Justice from the unfair and bias judgment and slandering arrogant mouth of PNoy on them on the public eye as if they are the enemies of the Filipino people whereas they too are Filipinos and the former administration have also done a lot of good works which PNoy have greatly overlooked because of his own self-righteous and arrogance and even ignorance (or incompetency?). He is not playing fair but has bias judgment. For when PNoy open his mouth against them as if he his Holy and God to judge them that way and as if Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is not his fellow Filipino. Thus, making him a great hypocrite President of the Philippines. He promises that he is the “boss of the Filipinos” and will work for the Filipinos but he is not treating his fellow Filipinos (Gloria and her cabinet staffs and associates) as fellow Filipino that has also rights of fair and just treatment.

The question of cronyism is also being questioned by the PNoy administration against Gloria’s administration and alleged Gloria’s appointees or cabinet officials of irregularities and graft only because some of Gloria’s cabinet officials are her friends thus casting malice against Gloria and Gloria’s cabinet officials whereas he himself appoint “KKK Cronies” [Kaibigan(Friends),Kaklase(Classmate),Kabarilan(Shooting Buddies)]; as his cabinet officials. His act of demonizing Gloria and her cabinet officials is an act of outright hypocrisy and self-righteousness.

So now, where is the “Straight Path (Daang Matuwid)” PNoy promised and will do if he practiced hypocrisy and self-righteousness against his political opponent? He should not say it or promise it if he can’t do it and live it up else he will commit “betrayal of Public Trust”; and lies as well.

1. Tropical Storm Chedeng, et.al. As if a storm has a logical thinking that it will waste its time storming regions in the Philippines that are already well-prepared against an incoming storms that it will not hit big its presence in the Philippines but only minimal at certain regions which are unprepared for its coming. This is what has been the case of the Philippine tropical storm “chedeng”.

This tropical storm was expected to land on certain Luzon regions as it was forecasted but it hits regions which are not somewhat forecasted and even detour quickly out of the Philippine archipelago into area of responsibility of Japan.

Remember also the tropical storm “Juan” dubbed as a forthcoming super typhoon then but it was not be, because the Philippines is very well prepared then. But the tropical storm “Ondoy” becomes a major blockbuster typhoon overnight in the Philippines then and it becomes a major hit because the Philippines then is not well prepared or unprepared and not expecting the forthcoming of “Ondoy”.

Therefore, are tropical storms like typhoons, hurricanes, cyclones, etc. have their own thinking or is there someone manipulating and controlling their paths like puppets out there, now that there are rumors about weather warfares?

2.  Special Treatment for Rich and VIP Prisoners. After Tony Leviste’s escape and capture, lingering suspicions about special treatment for rich and very important person prisoners has come up into the surface of public scrutiny and the self-righteous and hypocritical administration of PNOy has to distance itself by laming all these to director of Bureau of Correction Ernesto Diokno which Aquino have warned to axed from his position and Aquino’s DILG secretary Laila De Lima want to file a case against Diokno but Diokno is quick to defend himself that he is innocent of the allegations thrown against him by the self-righteous PNoy and immediately resign from his post to avoid the humiliation Aquino administration will incur on his name. And upon his own resignation, the self-righteous PNoy thought that Diokno’s resignation is a self-admition of the allegations and want Diokno to give a new position of that action of Diokno.

Ban of smoking activities within the public metro is good but does only the ordinary Pinoys should be under it wherein there is a big Pinoy in the Palace that should become the role model of it. The palace can never excuse that Malacanang is a residential place thus PNoy is exempted because Malacanang is not just an ordinary private residence but a public place actually.

If the “Joker” is in the town and casting off all his nasty naughty tricks and threats, would you laugh at his jokes or would you be scare?

Terrorism is a serious thing and not a joke, is not it? For what at stake there is the country’s security status and the lives of innocent people that will be affected by it. But the Aquino administration has been downplaying recent US reports and the Philippine Institute for Peace, Violence and Terrorism research (PIPVTR) information regarding a possible attack on the Philippines, as a mere laughingstock or not credible. But why the Aquino administration laugh at such threat whereas  not only the United States, but Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and now France have already issued a travel advisories regarding the danger their citizens may encounter if they travel into the Philippines, if the reposts and information regarding a possible attacks is just a joke?

Secret jueteng pay offs received by those who are in higher government position is always a problem on every new Philippine government whereas those who received jueteng pay offs are cast as “evil”, “corrupt” or perceived in a negative eye, by the number one Philippines’ hypocrite religious church – the Roman Catholic church, particularly their archbishops who loves to play superheroes against jueteng. For recently, the ever noisy retired Catholic archbishop Oscar Cruz bares again an accusation against the two close officials of Aquino administration which PNoy appointed, as receiving a minimum of two million pesos monthly jueteng payola. However, Archbishop Oscar Cruz refused to name them and in vice-versa PNoy wanted Oscar Cruz to present concrete evidence regarding his claim or accusation.

Wherever this brand new jueteng payoffs revelation will lead to,it is not actually a big deal, what makes it a dilemma is that every new administration that sits face or have a problem how to legalized this so-called “illegal” number game or how to crashed it.

Jueteng, in contrary to Roman Catholic Church perception is not an evil game and not all “illegal” stuff could be considered evil or bad. Actually, jueteng is just a number game like lottery which are not only within the range of control of the government, thus it is called “illegal”; see it is bias labeling. If the ruling government has no control over such activity or thing and if it is not approved by the ruling government, such activity or thing is labeled “illegal”.

However, it is the common good for all the ruling government seeks after why it legalized an activity or thing. But that depends what kind of ruling government such an activity or thing is under; for example, preaching the “good news” could be banned and not approved and considered an “illegal” activity by the ruling government that imposes and promotes atheism.

However, in jueteng game, we  could not see anything evil on it, actually, it do helps the poor gain a decent money or income by being a “dispatcher” which receives commission money or win the bet like in lottery games. It is not really evil because some past governments make attempts to legalize it like lottery games, the only problem are those who perceived jueteng as an “evil’ game like the Roman Catholic church. They reason out that any game of chance is evil, whereas, they are the ones who are really evil and greed for money and wealth by exploiting many financially since the beginning of their church, using “god’ and “Christ” as their front to exploit ignorant masses. They are one of the hindrances who blocks the legalization of jueteng game, as well as those government officials who secretly received jueteng pay offs because if jueteng game become a legal game, their secret jueteng pay offs will be no more. Imagine the millions they will lose if they let jueteng to be legalized.
