Philippines Accepts Vaccine Certificates From Other Countries

Recently, the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases approved vaccination certificates of other more countries as a proof that the said particular country has vaccinated population before entering the Philippines territory. IATF co-chairman and acting presidential spoke person Karlo Nograles said this and enumerate the new countries.

The countries that the Philippines have approved vaccination certificates are, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Cambodia, Denmark, Ecuador, Indonesia, Macau SAR, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Portugal, Spain, and Syria. According to Nograles, these are additions to list of countries or territories or jurisdictions which the country have already approved. The Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), the Department of Transportation (DOT), and Bureau of Immigration (BI) have already received directives to approved the vaccination certificates of the enumerated countries which are already approved by IATF.

Meanwhile, all foreign nationals travelling to the Philippines for a business or just a tourist can enter the Philippines without a visa as long as they present their fully vaccinated cards and COVID-19 testing documents.
