Knock-OUT

See, the truth reveals that Manny Pacquiao’s winning streaks is a mere a business done under the table; those who have powers on boxing world can make a boxer win or not and not the boxer himself because this so called judges are the ones who decide which they wanted to won and can influence the numbers in boxing rates even the scales they can influence; for we are not on a stone age you know. Only those people are on the stone age of their mindset when they quickly believe that boxing is real but forget that what they watch is just a mere “SPORTS”; a mere entertainment and not a real ones. A business where flows in and the boxer is the best-selling product.

Recently, the world was shock when the octuple boxing champion, Manny Pacquiao lost his title to latest boxing opponent, Timothy Bradley who won Manny Pacquiao’s title WBO welterweight, which Manny Pacquiao is no more but now a former. His title was transfer into Timothy Bradley, an American boxer. That is what boxing all about; it is the fight for a title.

“..Manny Pacquiao of the Philippines was stunned by American Timothy Bradley on Saturday, surrendering his WBO welterweight title on a controversial split decision at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

It was Pacquiao’s first defeat since he lost to Erik Morales in Las Vegas in March 2005, ending a run of 15 consecutive wins by the Filipino who has won world titles in an unprecedented eight weight divisions…”

However, Manny Pacquiao’s promoter Bob Arum was greatly disappointed of what have happened and accused the judges for messing up the scores or the judges have cheated the scores and lambasted the judges.

“I’ve never been as ashamed to be associated with the sport of boxing as I am tonight,…. This is a fight that respected people scored 11-1, 10-2 to Pacquiao. They said that Bradley was trying hard but that this was a mis-match….”

“It is unfathomable,… These people don’t know how to score. The truth is they’re too damn old to judge any more. What were they looking at? This was not a close fight. It’s not good for the sport of boxing.”

His defeat could be the result of his heartless and foolish remarks about the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) community on his counter statement to Barrack Obama’s acceptance of gay marriage that Gays should be “put to death”.

“…He quoted a Biblical verse following Barack Obama’s announcement of support for same-sex marriage that according to him homosexuals should be put to death : ““God’s words first … obey God’s law first before considering the laws of man…. should not be of the same sex so as to adulterate the altar of matrimony, like in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah of Old…..’.. If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads,’..”

His arrogant remarks could be the cause of his now the beginning of his downfall in the world of boxing from his unexplainable winning streaks and the beginning of the end of his boxing career. However, he humbly accept his defeat yet the Filipinos are still blind of their Filipino boxing idol.

“I accept what the result is, I respect the judges, I cannot blame them. It is a part of the game. I give thanks to the Lord. I do my best but my best wasn’t good enough.”

The Malacanang through Aquino administration’s Deputy Presidential spokesman Abigail Valte, expressed dismay yet with optimistic consolation that on the next fight with Timothy Bradley, Manny Pacquiao should be able to get back his so-called hard earned WBO welterweight title.

@ProfessionalHeckler tweeted: Only TWO people (judges) picked Timothy Bradley, the rest of the world scored it for Manny! MANNY PACQUIAO, you are the REAL winner!

Columnist Randell Tiongson meanwhile said: “Oh… But with Manny Pacquiao’s renewed faith, he is a real winner.”

The two judges gave the title to American Boxer Timothy Bradley while one judge gave the title to Filipino Boxer Manny Pacquiao yet Filipinos shouted “boos” though these Filipinos already know what the bad implications of Manny Pacquiao’s recent remarks against the Gay Community which they only shows that Filipinos abroad are too shallow on their thinking in regards to reality in society but greatly influenced by perhaps I bet by their too much religiosity about “jesus Christ” or on their Catholic faith.

“..Judge Jerry Roth (115-113) awarded the fight to Pacquiao while CJ Ross (115-113) and Duane Ford (115-113) gave it to the American, but the crowd responded with boos after 12 rounds which the Filipino had appeared to dominate…”

But not only Filipinos, but also international celebrities who admire Manny Pacquiao expressed great dismay but willfully forget that his previous homophobic remarks could be the cause that influences the judges decision because as we all know almost Men in the world are either gay or bisexual and only BiGOTS believe the Christian Bible.

“Yo manny! you just gotta remember what my daddy @billyraycyrus always told me “when you knock em out, you dont need no judge!… “I couldn’t agree more with the trending topics
#mannypacquiaoisstilltheworldsbestboxer.”, says by Miley Cyrus.

“The stats don’t add up to the decision made. This is crazy! Can I really get my money back now?”,said by Khloe Kardasian.

Is these celebrities really admire Manny Pacquiao or just bet for Manny Pacquiao and lose greatly? Or did also some Filipinos really admire Manny Pacquiao or just use him as bet to have money and greatly disappointed about the results, that is why they “boo”? Well, the answer is on them alone.

But the real answer why he lose could be that Boxing is really a business not to take seriously by the boxer-product being use to gain money. Moreover, his homophobic remarks could of course really hurt the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Community and the judges could be gay or bisexual. Manny Pacquiao should have considered that fact that gays are human being that has rights or as international sport celebrity he should respect the gender orientation of people he met abroad and should not force his Christian beliefs to others; fellow Filipinos should reprimand him and open his mind about the gay community on the foreign country he is in.

Actually, he is the one who creates his own down fall; his Christian belief actually.

Men In Red

Jaywalking is habitual and usual activities of people crossing the streets anywhere in the world but it is also the most cause of vehicular accident in the streets which a normal stationary or immobile traffic signs cannot mobilize or done.

And this jaywalking related incident is high in number in the Philippines, particularly on or within Metro Manila areas where most population of the Philippines has large contributions. Thus, the traffic management system within the Metropolitan areas made a plan to decrease the number of accidents related to jaywalking or jaywalking accidents.

This traffic management system of Metro Manila or this traffic management system that supervise the traffic system within Metro Manila areas has or have done many traffic plans and traffic control system schemes, now they have created on invented a new way or new scheme to control those people who jaywalk.

Last Tuesday or June 5,2012,the The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) deployed its Anti-Jaywalking Unit or so-called “Men in Red” to enforce and strictly implement their campaign against jaywalking within Metro Manila particularly on the following areas : EDSA-Ortigas, EDSA-Balintawak, Pasay-Taft, Monumento in Caloocan City and Commonwealth Ave. in Quezon City.

The Anti-Jaywalking Unit Team are men dressed on red polo shirt and cap and with holding placards written, “Bawal Tumawid” and “No Jaywalking”

“..At least 97 men clad in red polo shirt and cap with signages “Bawal Tumawid” and “No Jaywalking” were deployed in the following areas: EDSA-Ortigas, EDSA-Balintawak, Pasay-Taft, Monumento in Caloocan City and Commonwealth Ave. in Quezon City…”

Those anyone caught by these Men in Red will be fine with P200 pesos, as of its enforcement there are already number of Jaywalkers caught by the Men in Red.

“..As of 10 a.m., the MMDA’s Men in Red already caught 52 jaywalkers in EDSA-Ortigas and in Litex, Barangay Commonwealth. Jaywalkers will pay P200 fine…the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) yesterday apprehended 64 jaywalkers, bringing to 228 the number of violators nabbed in the first two days of the campaign against jaywalking.

According to the MMDA, 13 jaywalkers were rounded up and given pedestrian violation receipts (PVRs) along Ortigas Avenue; 17 in Taft Avenue, Manila; seven in Litex Road, in Quezon City; nine near the Manila Central University in Caloocan City; and five at the Balintawak area….”

“…At least 114 jaywalkers in Metro Manila were accosted in the first few hours of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s anti-jaywalking drive….”

However, according to Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA),the children and elderly, as well as those who are physically infirm or have physical and mental disabilities are exempted to this Anti-Jaywalking Unit Team or exempted to be fine but not on caught because if Men in Red or Anti-Jaywalking Unit Team let them pass of course they will be hit by running vehicles on the road.

“..But Tolentino also said that while persons with disabilities, the elderly and minors will not be fined, they will not be exempt from “lectures” against jaywalking….”

“’Yung menor de edad at persons with disabilities at senior citizens, hindi natin sila pagmumultahin. May batas na exempted sila sa liability. Pero bawal sila tumawid; lelecture-an sila. Ang ‘di makabayad may disaster training,”

“…The report said the MMDA “Men in Red” also reminded the elderly pedestrians to seek MMDA personnel’s assistance to cross the footbridge….”

“…But the report said the MMDA was relatively lenient on senior citizens who did not want to use the footbridges.

Earlier, MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said the elderly and people with disabilities will not be fined but will be subject to a lecture against jaywalking…”

Those who are caught Jaywalking or caught violating the Anti-Jaywalking campaign or Anti-Jaywalking drive of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) who cannot pay the fine of P200 pesos will be put to 15-minute lecture about disaster preparedness.

“…Those who cannot pay the fine will get an on-the-spot 15-minute lecture on disaster preparedness….”

The area that is mostly accident prone is the EDSA-Ortigas area.
“…Most of the 114 who were accosted at the EDSA-Ortigas area alone chose to attend a disaster management seminar instead of pay a P200 fine, radio dzBB’s Glen Juego reported.

The report said the EDSA-Ortigas area had been one of the most accident-prone areas for jaywalkers…”

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) created the Anti-Jaywalking campaign or the Anti-Jaywalking Drive so as to lead the people walking on the streets into safety or save them from accident or being hit by vehicles on their jaywalking and let them walk on footbridges instead rather than risk the jaywalking.

However, some people still stubborn or reluctant to walk on footbridges but rather risk to cross the road though there is already an imminent risk of being hit by the vehicles crossing the road.

“…Many jaywalkers continued to shun the footbridges along parts of Commonwealth Avenue when they saw no one was around to reprimand them before 6 a.m., radio dzBB’s Allan Gatus reported.

For Monday, the MMDA’s “Men in Red” were ordered to catch jaywalkers and give them a reprimand and reminder on the anti-jaywalking drive…. The MMDA had cited the safety of pedestrians in enforcing the anti-jaywalking policy, noting some had been hit by passing vehicles when they cross the road….”

According to Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chief or Chairman Francis Tolentino, they are just concern about the welfare of the people crossing the streets but some people just stubborn and don’t love their lives.

For according to him, last year there “… was a daily average of 14 pedestrian-related traffic accidents…” which alarms the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority or MMDA, thus they implement the Anti-Jaywalking drive or campaign to stop or avert the increasing number of pedestrian related accidents, especially jaywalking.

“Last year, there was a daily average of 14 pedestrian-related traffic accidents. This is an alarming figure,”

“We should highlight to the public the dangers of jaywalking. This is one way to discourage them from crossing just about anywhere,…”

Moreover, according to Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chairman Francis Tolentino, they will do a drive to crack down vendors on footbridges and on roads so as to not to hamper the flow of people crossing the footbridges and the streets.

“…Tolentino also hinted the MMDA will soon crack down on vendors occupying the footbridges and hampering the flow of people using such facilities..”

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will also embarked on extensive repair or repainting and installations of new pedestrian lanes or has done repainting and installation of more pedestrian lanes. There are already 1,300 pedestrian lanes that are repainted and some of these pedestrian lanes were pedestrian lanes from San Juan City, Manila, Pateros, Makati, and Mandaluyong cities; Eight pedestrian lanes from San Juan City, eight in Manila, four in Pateros, one in Makati city, and one in Mandaluyong cities.

“..Eight pedestrian lanes were already repainted in San Juan City, eight in Manila, four in Pateros, and one each in Makati and Mandaluyong cities….”

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is an agency in the Philippines that supervises, plans, monitors, the traffic system within Metro Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros.

“…The MMDA performs planning, monitoring and coordinative functions, and in the process exercise regulatory and supervisory authority over the delivery of metro-wide services within Metro Manila without diminution of the autonomy of the local government units concerning purely local matters.

The agency is headed by a Chairman, who is appointed by the President and continues to hold office at the discretion of the appointing authority. He is vested with the rank, rights, privileges, disqualifications, and prohibitions of a cabinet member…”

Bias Philippine Newspaper Plus Seven

Who would think that the so-called No. 1 Philippine Newspaper in the land or in the Philippines could be the No.1 idiot and Bias newspaper in terms of accurate journalism in the land or idiot Newspaper in the Philippines? Or are they just faking their statistics that they are number one newspaper just like or similar to deliberate public deception of the so-called No.1 TV station in the Philippines – the GMA Channel 7 –wherein they already admitted their bankruptcy and low ratings or their clear deliberate deception to their viewers and to their loyal viewers.

“…For if they rule the Philippine Television how come they themselves admit that they lost revenues mostly last year and the TV network is for auction and PLDT/Smart/Sun/TV5 chair and CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan is buying the TV network for P60 billion pesos?…”
“…Our net income took a beating..We experienced the lowest net income level, of the past 5 years in the 4th quarter of 2011..”,admitted and verified by GMA Channel 7 vice president for finance, Ronaldo P. Mastrili.

Added to that, the GMA 7 “Kapuso” chair and CEO Felipe L. Gozon is sure to sell the TV network to PLDT/Smart/Sun/TV5’s chair and CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan for P60 billion pesos but Pangilinan wants to buy the TV network between P45 billion pesos and P51 billion pesos….“”Kung may mag-o-offer ng P500 billion, kahit tulog ako, gisingin n’yo ako, I will sell.”

Therefore, the rumor is true that it could be the end of GMA 7 or let us see what will happen next though the TV network executives are denying it on media….”

Oh my gracious! This can’t be!

How come the number one TV station Daw is in partnership with the number one Newspaper in the Philippines Daw; Very Nice Partnership: the one deliberately lying on the TV ratings and the other one deliberately lying on their journal reports.WOW What a perfect Partnership which they call “INQ7.NET” or “INQ7 Interactive Inc” ; Is this a code to crack their LIES? Let’s see INQ stands for what?
Yes, you are right thephilippines.ph readers, INQ stands for “INQUIRER”; while the number 7(seven) stands for GMA Channel 7.
That is to say INQ7 is inquiring for SHIT (Siete : 7) news and write ups that are so obviously bias camouflaging to be True DAW.
“INQ7.net will now serve as a portal for the Inquirer.net and the gmanews.tv websites,”

“..INQ7 Interactive Inc. is a joint venture between two giants in Philippine media — the Philippine Daily Inquirer Inc., the country’s most widely circulated broadsheet, and GMA Network Inc., the most awarded broadcast company. Combining original content with material from the Inquirer, GMA and other partners, INQ7.net provides the most comprehensive coverage throughout the site’s different sections, including Nation, Breaking News, Editorial & Opinion, Business, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Metro, Regions, World News, Sports and Infotech…”

Ani ni Mike Enriquez : “Walang Kinikiling, Walang Pinoprotektuhan, Walang Kasinungaling..(No Biases, No Cover-Up, No Lies)..”Oh WHAT?! “EXCUSE ME PO!! Ahemm”. What about the Lying lips of GMA Channel 7 about the selling of their TV Station and admission of very low revenues contrary to what they boast about highest TV Ratings Daw in the Land? “EXCUSE ME PO!!!..” Ahem ahem..what about that I thought this so-called Number One Daw TV station in the Philippines on their daily evening primetime news program “24 Oras” or “24 Hours” which is somewhat clone to its competitor on other channel “TV Patrol” quite synonymous is not it? How do you patrol or rather Patrolling News is around the clock is not it? So patrolling around the clock is..tarannn!!! : you got “24 Oras(Hours)”!; ““Walang Kinikiling, Walang Pinoprotektuhan, Walang Kasinungaling..(No Biases, No Cover-Up, No Lies) But they are Lying on their TV ratings! Are they not Bias then; Covering Up something and Making Lies? Oh my gracious!
Meanwhile, what about this INQ INQ, oh wait MOOOWW rather, because their cartoon symbol is a carabao; INQ INQ is hogs or swine; oh wait OINK OINK rather.”EXCUSE ME PO!!..ahem ahem!”

On their previous issue dated Wednesday, May 30, 2012;Volume 27 No.171; Wooohlalala..You will found yourself “GUILTY!” on boldface; You will be astound to what they done to the size of the word “GUILTY!” since all certified lawyers in the Philippines as well as the smart intelligent Philippines senators except for those who can’t speak English, Vendetta-fied soldier, ancient senators, sporty senators, and so forth whatever runs the ball of Senate Ball; will agree that Chief Justice Renato Corona is NOT GUILTY! (Ehehe) to the allegations thrown against him. The pronouncement of “GUILTY!” verdict is not of related to the REAL CASE; it is IMMATERIAL and IRRELEVANT, “Your Honor”..Hey Senator Enrile do you kiss the Ass of the Oldie and rumored Gayish Noynoy when you already knew that the persecution team is on the brink of “ZERO ACCOMPLISHMENT” in pertinent to the real case just like their Master Noynoy.? How come when you grow old you decide to divorce your “beloved”[???] wife? hmmm…

Hey INQ INQ or PDI (Putang Dyaryong Ito!) or should I say, the Philippine Daily Inquirer, is not it the “GUILTY!” verdict is IMMATERIAL and IRRELEVANT to the Case, so why you published on BOLDFACE and on BIG FONT so BIG that eats up the entire ads space which cost somewhat you know BIG BUCKS; are you IDIOT? I guess so.
As I said on my previous article : “For it obviously evident that the persecution team failed to convict Chief Justice Renato Corona for the allegations accused against Him; Senator Juan Ponce Enrile knew that but has become fool of his own emotion.

“..The prosecution panel, however, cannot lay claim to have convincingly won its case as it was Corona’s testimony that led most of the senator-judges to rule in favor of conviction and not the pieces of evidence presented by the prosecution panel that is led by allies of President Aquino in the House of Representatives…”

Furthermore, even any one is afraid to disclose one’s properties to public; the Justice System in the Philippines is all about Tyranny and Hypocrisy and there is not Truth in it, for even the most hypocrite current President Noynoy would resist to disclose one’s properties when on public Trial….”

“…Yes, the impeachment trial has been diverted into disclosing one’s own precious properties rather than on how and why Chief Justice Renato Corona’s appointment is legal or not; the persecution team or the Noynoy has not proven him guilty of the accusations but just solely based their hypocritical and erroneous judgment on not sharing one’s own properties…”

So Now “Putang Dyaryong Ito” Or PDI, being the number one Philippine newspaper in the Philippines as you said or rather claim, how can you be so number one if some Filipinos especially those smart ones loathe your newspaper to be so bias, so whom you sell to? Are all major Filipinos, IDIOT? OwWowaw! Filipinos are “GUILTY!” of being “FOOL!” if Philippine Daily Inquirer’s statistics is not right and true. Who is the fool? still the Filipinos “worth dying for..” and the “Filipino Of the Year” is : “NOYNOY AQUINO! For 2010” Ngek, what does Noynoy done to be a “Filipino of the Year”? Oh my gracious!

You want more?

And again for 2004 “Filipino of the Year” is : “FERNANDO POE JR.!”, Oh what? Oh my gracious! No offense for late Philippine actor as well as to his fans; Honestly, what makes him “Filipino of the Year”? Being an actor? There are many veterans actors out there who also done extra extra services to the Filipinos aside from entertaining them on stage;ika nga “EXTRA SERVICE PO!”

I have no more nothing to say about these two so-called “Giant Media” in the Philippines on their so-called being “No.1”; GOODLUCK! Let their Lies bless them if I don’t know to You Filipino Nation; you decide!

Sexual Domestic Violence

Before there were cases of rape against young women outside their houses or before there were cases of rape perpetrated or done outside marriage and elsewhere either by group of drug addicts or gangs or by single person alone; now there is a full blown decline of such cases but has become full blown rather on their own homes which should be their den of protection against lingering rapist in the streets but their homes had become now the den for committing rapes and other domestic sexual violence. Moreover, what replace the rape outside respective homes are the rape cases against fellow males, but just rarely.

Recent reports presents a great number of increase, according to the 2008 National Demographic Health Survey that one among five among Filipino that ranges from age 15 to 49 has been reported to had experienced physical and sexual domestic violence by their husbands and their own father( for children being sexually abused)
“From 2006 to the present, there has been a constant increase, In 2011 there were 12,948 reported cases, up from 4,954 in 2006 – a rise of more than 150 percent – the PNP Women and Children’s Protection Centre (PNP-WPC) noted. From January to April of 2012, 5,629 cases have been reported. ..The 2008 National Demographic Health Survey estimated that one in five Filipino women between the ages of 15 and 49 had experienced physical violence, while 14.4 percent of women have been physically abused by their husbands….”

Unfortunately, the department in the Philippines that should protect women and children is clueless why domestic violence happens according to chairperson of the Democratic Socialist Women of the Philippines (DSWP), Elizabeth Angsioco. The Democratic Socialist Women of the Philippines is a national federation of women’s grassroots communities in the Philippines that protects the rights of women; but some quite or not quite similar to party list group Gabriela, as well as to Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) that seeks welfare of anyone in the Philippine society but most of all women and children.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development or DSWD had nothing also to do about it or just clueless why it happens despite there is an enforcement of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law, which was passed in year 2004.For if this government department – the Department of Social Welfare and Development or DSWD- and as well as these Non-government organizations or NGOs like the Democratic Socialist Women of the Philippines and the party list group Garbriela really acts and enforce what their department and organization is purpose of, why still sexual violence and domestic violence still happens and rules and increases in number? Is the Department of Social Welfare and Development or DSWD just wasting government funds or just secretly corrupting it and doing the Noynoy thing – as they call it, “Noynoying” – and since this social department in the Philippines is under the wings of protection of Noynoy, thus it is not scrutinize but spare and whitewash in the public to be working hard as Noynoy himself though his hypocrisy and lies is already blatant and apparent still says the opposite what the thinking public sees about his public acts. Great hypocrite is he, why he scrutinize or examine the irregularities on his own management which is already apparent and obvious?

“Yes, there is an increase in reported cases, but we cannot say why. Part of it may be a natural development due to the increased awareness of the laws meant to protect women,” admitted by chairperson of the Democratic Socialist Women of the Philippines (DSWP), Elizabeth Angsioco.

Ironically, “…Since the legislation was passed (the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law) , the number of cases of reported intimate partner violence has been steadily increasing, from 218 in 2004 to 9,021 in 2011. Violations of RA 9262 make up the largest component of reported acts of violence against women (VAW), including rape, sexual assault, and physical injury…”

Actually, the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law, is a law that protects the welfare of women and children in the Philippines from all forms and sorts of violence of violation of their human rights.”… . It broadened the definition of abuse to include physical, emotional and economic harm. It also made violence by an intimate partner (anyone with whom a woman has a sexual relationship) a public crime, and made it possible for anyone -not just the victim – to file a case against a perpetrator….”

In concurrence, the World Health Organization also agree to the increasing number of level of sexual violence in the Philippines and described it to be of serious concern to ponder about,”… The World Health Organization described the level of sexual violence in the Philippines as ‘a serious cause of concern’..”.

However, the authorities in the Philippines said in contrast that they are doing some measures to avert and combat the violation of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law,but they deem it to be of personal matters for the Philippine police do not see themselves as marriage council that repairs marriage or relationship that had marred or broken; but yet these Philippine police as if willfully forget or just oblivious that there are cases of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law which need their attention or which require their intervention and authority.

“..The authorities have taken a number of measures, mainly gender-sensitive interventions, to encourage women to come forward…..“Before the law [RA 9262], domestic violence was seen as a private issue. Some [police] officers were confused about their role and would reconcile couples,”

However, some senior competent Philippine police knew their roles in pertaining to such cases but some neophyte or even oldies doesn’t knew their roles regarding the implementation of Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law.

But actually, the Philippine National Police or PNP in 2007 had constructed Women and Children Protection Centres or WCPC to protect women and children or house them in these centers which shoulders their welfare. There are already 1,800 Women and Children Protection Centres or WCPC in the Philippines or across the Philippines archipelago and 3,038 policewomen stationed on these centers which houses women and children that has undergone abuses like sexual abuse and domestic violence.

“..The PNP established Women and Children Protection Centres (WCPC) in 2007 to deal with crimes involving the exploitation and abuse of women and children. There are now more than 1,800 such centres throughout the country, staffed by 3,038 policewomen trained in the laws that protect women, such as RA 9262, and gender sensitivity. Some police stations have been equipped with child-friendly interview rooms for minors, and pink interview rooms for women…”.

But despite the Philippine National Police or PNP has done a solution to handle cases that violates the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law, still there is still lacking on their part for according to them volumes of cases that violates the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law is continually increasing and their stationed policewomen are reported to to overworked since they lack more staffs and police to do and handle and manage each cases from the violation of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law.

“…Despite these measures there are still huge challenges, including a shortage of staff to handle the volume of cases. Some police stations are not open 24 hours a day, and most policewomen take on additional functions, such as community relations, apart from handling the women’s desk. “These policewomen are overworked and we are understaffed,….. Of the 140,000 PNP personnel, only an estimated 15,600 are women…”

According to chief of the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), NharleenSantos-Millar, which is on the Policy Development and Advocacy Division, said that since the passage of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law, there are volumes of convictions but find it hard to manage each one.

“…Since the passage of RA 9262, there have been a number of convictions, but getting the exact numbers would involve the arduous task of going to individual Family Courts, said Santos-Millar. The systematic compilation of data lags behind and means the success of the measures to protect women and children cannot be accurately monitored…”

In 2009,according to Amnesty International ( a human rights watchdog),published their reviews regarding the implementation of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law, said the major problems why there is an increasing volumes of cases regarding the violation of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law in the Philippines is because there is no visible near legitimate and Philippine National Police authorized police stations on each women and children that has been abuse and strip out their rights on the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law, on which they could report with and that will help them in their abused condition thus they endure rather their abuse condition; and this is the deterrent for rising volumes of human rights violation regarding the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law.

However, the Philippine National Police in response to the reviews and report of Amnesty International which is an international human rights watchdog last year 2009 made an action to end the deterrence and bridge the gap between women and children from far away or remote areas in the Philippines that has suffered sexual violence and domestic violence or has experience the violation of their rights which was stapled, enclosed or protected under the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law.

The solution or response the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), Philippine National Police or PNP and other government offices have done is setting up what they call Violence Against Women (VAW) desk on every barangay in the Philippines.

“….In response, the PCW and other government offices rolled out guidelines in 2010 for the establishment of a VAW desk in every barangay, the smallest government unit. As of December 2011, out of the 42,025 barangays in the country, 27,705barangays (or 66 percent) have set up a VAW desk….”

But really unfortunately, some cases are not being solved because of the ingrained mindset on every Filipinos that ..”… Men think it’s part of being a man, women think it’s part of being in a relationship,” according to dismayed Non-Government Organization or NGO in the Philippines – Knowledge Management Officer of the Women’s Crisis Centre.

Or that is the culture in the Philippines that Men in a relationship should rule over and the Women just a mere below them, thus breeding more domestic violence and generating volumes of violations of the Philippine Republic Act (RA) 9262, known as the Violence Against Women and their Children Law.

According to Tet Balayon of the Knowledge Management Officer of the Women’s Crisis Centre,”.. There is too much tolerance for violence in our culture (Philippine Culture)..” which is seconded by NharleenSantos-Millar, chief of the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), Policy Development and Advocacy Division.

“Violence against women is a societal concern. Everyone needs to be sensitized – judges who think they need to save the family no matter what, communities who pressure women to stay with their abusive husbands – you can’t undo a mindset like that overnight,”

In my concluding opinion, I guess why such dangerous mindset of some Filipinos regarding the status of Filipino men and Filipino women in the relation is mostly affected by their respective belief system or by their respective religions; in Christianity and Muslim the women are regarded a low and needs to be subjected under the ruling of their husbands; and these two religions are predominantly ruling the Philippine religions.

Therefore, the Department of Social Welfare and Development or DSWD of the department of the Philippine is totally nonsense and do nothing but just receiving government funds pocketed by its current secretary and wasting government funds yet not scrutize and examine for corruption and irregulaties by the greatest hypocrite of the Philippines Noynoy Aquino, but rather protected it and spare it.

If this current Philippine is for reforms as he braggartly reports and after corruption in the Philippines why he scrutinize and examine the Department of Social Welfare and Development or DSWD if it does its part; in this article of mine, this department is useless but other government offices of the Philippines are the ones being active whereas the burden of action is upon this useless department which continually being funded instead of abolishing this useless department. What does it does to protect women and children being abused of their human rights? Nothing as in, for the domestic violence regarding women and children’s rights still continues and there is no mention of its cooperation.

French For DH

What DH stands for? Of course any Filipinos knew what the letters D and H stands for; it is somewhat a shame able title for Filipino workers who work abroad wherein during their stay in the Philippines they are professionals like they are teachers, doctors, engineers, and so forth but that was then before the foreign countries accepts the expertise or specialization wherein a Filipino is expert upon like Middle East countries like Dubai who are hiring for Filipino Engineers and respect what they are graduated from. Nowadays, foreign countries export professional Filipinos and not on old times that Pinoys or Filipinos are treated as mere DH or just fit only to work as “yayas” or nannies which is the meaning of the letters DH, as in Domestic Helper.

However, in European countries of course they still hire DH Filipinos like in France, they call domestic helper as “aus pair” yet not as domestic servant as DH connotes but as this French word means “equal to “ or equal to the family Filipino DH or Filipino Domestic Helpers are working with. They treat them or French employees treat Filipino domestic helper not as domestic servant but as part of the local family or as part of their local family.

“Au pair” is a French term that translates to “on par” or “equal to”. Filipinos under the au pair program “live on an equal basis in a reciprocal, caring relationship” with their host families, according to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The intent is for the foreigner to be at par or equal to locals, by being treated as a member of the family instead of a domestic servant.

Au pairs perform house work and child care and receive monetary allowance from their host families…”

Sounds Good is not it, but wait till one hears reports that this seems to be of a good working relationship between Overseas Filipino worker with their French employer has tainted with maltreatment and abuses and domestic violence on a recent reports.

“..The country had stopped deploying au pairs to Europe in 1997 after receiving reports of maltreatment, including unfair compensation, excessive working hours, discrimination and sexual assault…”

Thus, the Philippine government bans the deployment of Filipino workers who are applying as domestic helpers for French employers or as “aus pair” (Haus Pair? Katambal Sa Bahay? Sounds like it is not it?) years ago but now the ban has been lifted by the current Philippine Vice President Jejomar Binay.

“…The Philippine government is looking into lifting the ban on “aus pair” program in other European countries…he ban on the program was lifted in October 2010 in Switzerland, Norway and Denmark after the said countries guaranteed to protect au pairs and follow the conditions of the Philippine government for their deployment….”

However, the lift from banning Filipino workers to work as “aus pair” on European countries especially France is still on the ongoing monitoring or investigation if the maltreatment cases is already resolved by the French Government or by the European countries.

According to Philippine Vice President Jejomar Binay : ““We are in the process of reviewing the au pair program in order to facilitate proper guidelines and policies on departure and monitoring,”

In my opinion, not only in the European countries like France the domestic violence or maltreatment of Filipino is being done or perpetrated but also on Asian countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and Korea which seldom reported.

However, this domestic violence being experience by Filipinos working abroad as “aus pair” or Domestic Helper or DH is not something new but an old problem that still persists nowadays but just mellows over the years because of the strict implementation of Human Rights around the world or around the globe.

Dark Ahead For Philippines Justice System

With result of the so-called impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona to be guilty of whatsoever they claim to be the persecution team or the yellow team of Hypocrite Noynoy, of betrayal of public trust and violation of constitution by not presenting to the public his assets which divert from the really allegation of the persecution team of his being a midnight appointee by former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo which the persecution team of Hypocrite Noynoy has not proven but now beastly declare on the public that real justice rolls or rule on the Philippines as well as his yellow lapdog Senator Juan Ponce Enrile pronounced unashamedly on national TV.

“..The Senate impeachment court, in a vote of 20-3, convicted Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona of culpable violation of the Constitution and betrayal of public trust owing to his failure to disclose all properties and other possessions in his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALn) to end four months of a politically-charged process…”

Chief Justice Renato Corona clearly says he do not violate any of the constitutional laws prescribed him being the chief justice and the accused bank accounts were not his which the persecution team has been ashamed of and his refusal to present his assets disgust Senator Juan Ponce Enrile which is the currently chief senator judge and pronounced guilty for not disclosing what the persecution pressure Chief Justice Renato Corona to disclose which is very far away from the case or allegations against him; Senator Juan Ponce Enrile should be the one not Fit on his position for his erring decision and out the case verdict.

“We have witnessed with disdain the indiscriminate, deliberate and illegal machinations of some parties who have been less than forthright with this Court in presenting dubiously procured and misleading documents which were spread to the media obviously to influence this Court’s and the public’s opinion,” said outburst by Senator Juan Ponce Enrile who willfully forget that the trial is about how and why Chief Justice Renato Corona has become midnight appointee and not about disclosing one’s assets which is immaterial and irrelevant to the case which Chief Justice Renato Corona is accused of. His verdict decision is out of sync and who is he to make final decision wherein he is just a mere senate president is he the Chief Justice of the Philippines?

Why does the Senate becomes now the powerful government system rather the Supreme Court of the Philippines; what is going on in the Philippines? The Supreme Court has the final say not the Senate who is den of corruption of the not so worth government officials that are voted senators like Lito Lapid, Robert Jaworksi ,Antonio Trillanes, and so other people that is not worthy of the people because they too are incompetent and have political stain.

For it obviously evident that the persecution team failed to convict Chief Justice Renato Corona for the allegations accused against Him; Senator Juan Ponce Enrile knew that but has become fool of his own emotion.

Furthermore, even any one is afraid to disclose one’s properties to public; the Justice System in the Philippines is all about Tyranny and Hypocrisy and there is not Truth in it, for even the most hypocrite current President Noynoy would resist to disclose one’s properties when on public Trial.

“..Following an impeachment trial lasting more than four months, Corona was found guilty of violating the Constitution and betraying public trust by failing to disclose a foreign currency account of $2.4 million and another P80-million account, both of which Corona admitted owning….”

Yes, the impeachment trial has been diverted into disclosing one’s own precious properties rather than on how and why Chief Justice Renato Corona’s appointment is legal or not; the persecution team or the Noynoy has not proven him guilty of the accusations but just solely based their hypocritical and erroneous judgment on not sharing one’s own properties.

“..The impeachment of Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona based on the closing arguments presented by the contending counsels of the defense and the prosecution boils down to the contents of his bank accounts and whether these were intentionally withheld from public scrutiny by Corona’s failure to include these in his statement of assets, liabilities and networth (SALn), a conundrum that should be addressed to all government officials.

Yet Noynoy and his yellow cabal cling to the argument that it is only Corona who is on trial and only his financial records should be turned inside out in full view of the public….”

Even anyone will not willingly share their own all properties like bank accounts on public, even Noynoy will surely refuse and will be guilty of what they accuse of Chief Justice Renato Corona, as well as Senator Juan Ponce Enrile will be guilty of betrayal of Public trust and culpable violation of constitution similar to what they accused or verdict upon Chief Justice Renato Corona once pressure and under trial.

“..Noynoy and his allies cannot, thus, take the easy way out saying now that such only applies to Corona, because it is he who is on trial. The demand for transparency is not an impeachment issue, it is something that Noynoy promised the nation and which he is now being asked to deliver…”

What a Hypocrite Nation is the Philippines! What a hypocrite Government Officials! What a distorted and corrupt Government System as well as Justice System the Philippines has; what a disdain! Is this what the Filipinos like that is why they vote Noynoy the abnormal and hypocrite president, Dark Government System?
What are the rallies are for? Why they protest in the streets if these Filipinos they themselves wants dark government systems by voting hypocrite government officials like Noynoy and Juan Ponce Enrile?

And some Filipinos refuse of charter change that could bring refreshment to their Rotten form of Government. Filipinos even voted a lot of yes votes on the Yahoo online polls if the decision of Senator Juan Ponce Enrile is justice or not; so many fools in the Philippines; Majority of Filipinos are Foolish people just going the flow and not investigating by their own. If the Senate will say, it will rain sulfur tomorrow they will believe it; if the Senate will say Juan Dela Cruz is a murder whereas in reality he is not, they will believe it not using their brains and coconuts.

Now, this Senator Juan Ponce Enrile is now ready to defy the Supreme Court and ready to mess up the government system of the Philippines just for “Justice” DAW; what if he is one on the seat and liken to Chief Justice Renato Corona, will he disclose and open to public all what he is and let the public scrutinize even his sagging Penis and scrotum? Well if he is idiot he will; transparency is not it?

What a shame the Philippine government has! It is a breeding ground of Corruption, Political Hypocrisy and Folly which the major foolish Filipinos had fun watching it like they are watching circus.

“I will say this very frankly and I hope they understand. If they will question the jurisdiction of the impeachment court and reverse our decision, we will defy them. If they want a Constitutional crisis in this country, they will have one,”

Aspiring For Non-Pinoy Title

So what if so-called “Pinoy” bet for the eleventh season of the famous American reality TV show “American Idol” didn’t win the crown as the 11th American Idol, anyway is Miss Jessica Sanchez, the so-called “Pinoy” bet for the reality show, a pure American to be idolized as the next American Idol? How the Filipinos were so day dreaming and out of reality, is Jessica Sanchez on the “Filipino Idol” contests that they should be dismayed because she didn’t won the title? How idiot.

More worst she was called “World Idol” by an online twitter something polls being her as the one who gets the most votes perpetrated by a wordpress blogger “The Ayson Chronicles : A Life Online” and her Filipino diehard fans as well as American fans go “gaga”, as the religious goes “gaga” on pop icon Lady Gaga’s Asian concert tour; what the heck is going on the people?

According to the result papers of mobs-labs.org which is the base of all the rumors that Miss Jessica Sanchez will be the next 11th American Idol or will be the winner of the 11th season : “..The analysis of the season finale is based on the data collected between the beginning of the show in the East at 8:00 P.M. EST and the end of the voting period in the west, at 4:00 A.M. EST. The histogram of Figure 5 has a twofold interpretation. If we consider the whole of our dataset, as we have done in the previous analysis, Jessica turns out to have been the most popular in Twitter in our time window. Henceforth, the analysis analysis used for the elimination shows lead us to predict that Jessica will be the winner of the show…”

Moreover to add to the craze of most Pinoys, they thought that these Twitter polls could really predict the real winner of American Idol, ahead of the production and management team of the reality US TV show “American Idol”, forgetting that the show is only about and centered only within the United States or the voting polls is only within the American and not outside the United States for it is as the title of the reality TV shows says “American Idol” not “World Idol”

According to the results presented by the mobs-lab.org, which generate the Twitter polls worldwide online, the real winner of the reality show is Indeed “Phillip” having the great number of the regional votes than Miss Jessica Sanchez if only within United States is to be considered since the show is indeed only for the Americans and not for the World to decide and partake.

“….However, there is an important caveat. As we pointed out before, Jessica is the only contestant that has a strong Twitter signal originating from outside of the U.S. (and in particular from the Philippines), with an increasing trend after the show on April 19. Given that the voting is restricted to the U.S. only, it is helpful to have a closer look at the data, and consider the subset of Tweets that come with geographical metadata. Although the geolocalized data are a much smaller subset of the total signal, this dataset allows us to provide the contestants’ standing restricted to the USA Twitter population…..

. In the US, Phillip appears to have the largest fanbase of the two contestants…… If the possibility of votes coming from abroad is discarded, using the available data, we could then claim that Phillip is going to be the winner of the 11th edition of American Idol….”

But to a resentful Vice President of the Philippines, Jejomar Binay, according to his tweet Jessica Sanchez is the real winner of the US reality TV show as if Jessica Sanchez is on a Worldwide contest which he willfully forget that the reality TV show is just only centered or within the territory of the United States or the votes to be casted upon is only within America.

“Hindi man pinalad si @JSanchezAI11 bilang American Idol, sa puso ng bawat Pilipino, siya pa rin ang nagwagi. Like other talented kababayans, she makes us proud to be Filipinos,”

In addition to that, some Philippine Senators goes out of sync of their brains saying that Jessica Sanchez should be hail on the upper pedestal for no Filipino has not yet done what she has done, as if she join a world contests, perchance only that the American Idol reality TV show is just famous around the world but that doesn’t mean it is already worldwide show that should be revered upon. What an American colonial mentality some Filipinos have. It is a crying shame that the Philippine dignitaries are the ones who felt dismay not understanding what the contest is all about.

“Jessica Sanchez should be congratulated and commended through this resolution for her personal feat that celebrates Filipino ancestry and echoes national pride,….. She was almost eliminated in the Top 7’s first week had it not been for the ‘judges’ save’ which was introduced in the eighth season, making her the first female and fourth finalist in the show’s history to be spared from elimination,”…said by Senator Manny Villar.

Senator Franklin Drilon also has to say about the result of the reality show and felt also dismay : “Sayang. Sana po nanalo, mahal siya ng buong bansa. Ganunpaman, sa palagay ko the future will be good to her given her talent and how I wished she won,”

Senator Gringo Honasan also felt dismay that Miss Jessica Sanchez should have won the reality TV show and said that the entire Philippine nation was greatly dismay about the final results of the reality TV show who is the real winner; and the senator just comfort the nation not to be so sad about what have happened to Miss Jessica Sanchez but the nation should be at least happy because she have shown that Filipinos could at least make it on a foreign contest and should think that Miss Jessica Sanchez have not lost her talent anyway; this he also comfort himself.

Furthermore, a fellow Bataeños of Miss Jessica Sanchez ( Miss Jessica Sanchez came from Bataan region of the Philippines) or a congressman or house representative of the region of Bataan, Rep. Albert Garcia of Bataan’s second district, filed a House Resolution congratulating and commending the “innate talent” and what Miss Jessica Sanchez has achieved on the currently concluded US Reality TV Show, ”American Idol” : House Resolution No. 2444,that will give honor to Miss Jessica Sanchez.

However, other Philippine solon filed another House Resolution that will commend and honor Miss Sanchez, the House Resolution (HR) No. 2425 filed by Bataan Rep. Herminia Roman that will give Miss Sanchez a honor; or it not might not cause confusion if the two House Resolution filed by two Bataan representatives are just the same or not or which is official or personal, well I don’t know perhaps it is just a craze and mania that they redundantly file the same House Resolution that aims to honor Miss Jessica Sanchez.

“Malaking karangalan si Jessica hindi lamang sa ating lalawigan kundi maging sa buong bansa, Lahat nalungkot pero at the same time we should be proud of her because she faced a stiff competition and yet she attained quite a feat, Her talent, humility, and passion has united Filipinos the world over and has given us another Filipino champion to emulate..”, said in a mixed emotions (gladness and dismay) by Bataan Rep. Albert Garcia of Bataan’s second district.

House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. certified that Miss Jessica Sanchez will be given honors that she deserved for she has given the Philippines a great honor abroad. “Hers is a great achievement; definitely we will honor her,”

Some solons indeed express commendations to her :

“Being second is an excellent feat for a very young lady. I’m sure that her future is already made because she is fantastically talented,” said by House Majority Leader Rep. Neptali Gonzales II (Mandaluyong)..

“Malaking karangalan na para sa Pilipinas ang narating ni Jessica. Congratulations sa kanya. Pero sa aking pagtingin mas magaling na mang-aawit si Jessica. Wala lang sa kanya ang home court advantage,” said by Negros Occidental Rep. Albee Benitez.

“Clearly mas magaling siya (Sanchez). Pangalawa, mas malaki ang silbi sa buong mundo kung si Jessica ang nanalo because she will inspire more people in Asia and Latin America. Sayang. But she’s clearly the bigger star now,” said by Marikina City Rep. Miro Quimbo.

However, Citizens’ Battle Against Corruption Rep. Sherwin Tugna could not believed that Miss Sanchez did not won over Phillip and express sadness : “Nakakalungkot man dahil second place si Jessica, ang buong sambayanan at lahing Pilipino ay very proud sa kanyang nakamit. She did the Filipino race very proud,”

But however, despite of the all dismay and consolation praises and commendation received by Miss Jessica Sanchez particularly on her mother homeland or home roots, the Philippines, she still felt no regrets about the result anyway according to her and call that protest about the result is not necessary for according to her Phillip deserve to be won and not her. She is happy about the result anyway despite her fellow Filipinos in the Philippines felt great dismay and sadness about the results that she did not won the US Reality TV show, American Idol.

“I don’t think it’s necessary. I think Phil deserves to win, I think it was all fair. They wouldn’t ever cheat or anything like that. I think it was completely fair.”

To wrapped up, most Filipinos are so ecstatic and emotional that sometimes they willfully forget that American Idol are just for Americans and not for Filipinos to receive the crown of “American Idol” because it is only for American. Miss Jessica Sanchez is not purely American to be honored to be American Idol for she has Filipino blood but however if the Americans themselves loves to hail a half-blood American to be their next American Idol, so it be.

Philippine Under Interrogation

Has Human Rights wholly executed and upheld in the Philippines? What about extrajudicial killings or the so-called “summary execution” killings perpetrated by unknown vigilantes?; crimes brought by various aspects and sorts is not yet included there on the list of human rights violations.

The right to live and have improve lifestyle is not yet met in the Philippines for the rates of criminality brought by unemployment status, religious factions that secretly sack and kill one another, group activists that secretly also kill one another because of opposing views; unjust public trials of innocent personalities like former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, as well as the unjust public trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona; not to mention the public trial of former Philippine president Joseph “Erap” Estrada, as well as the unjust acknowledgement and labeling of the former Philippine president Ferdinand E. Marcos for his accomplishment to improve Philippine lifestyle that was marred by political agenda by the Aquinos and Conjuanco due to Hacienda Luisita case; the Hacienda Luisita killings which the current Philippine president Noynoy is involved with; the Mendiola Massacre during former Philippine president Corazon “Cory” Aquino; those innocent people that are being frame –up and jailed and sentence without proven guilty of the accusations wherein they are not guilty upon like the case of Leo Echagaray; and so many human rights violations.

Yet ,the current Philippine government – the Aquino administration is so Hypocrite and Self-righteous in their claim that or boast of improver upheld-ment of human rights whereas the United Nations Human Rights Watch reported in dismay that : “ ….. In 2011, Human Rights Watch documented at least 10 cases of killings and disappearances attributed to the security forces that occurred during Aquino’s first year in office. Not a single suspect has been successfully prosecuted in any of these cases….”

However, the Aquino BIAS Philippine Newspaper – Philippine Daily Inquirer- reports:

“Malacanang yesterday maintained that there was an improvement in the human rights situation under President Aquino compared to previous years, and said that there was a decline in the number of extrajudicial killings in the past three years..”

This report in the Aquino Bias Philippine Daily Inquirer is a blatant lie, as well the reports of the Aquino administration in compare to documented reports of the United Nations Human Rights Watch’s Universal Periodical Reviews (UPR) quoted earlier above.

Meanwhile, the “..the past three years” mentioned in the column of the Philippine Daily Inquirer as well as the report of the Aquino administration which Noynoy claim is NOT really His or not really done under his administration but rather under the Administration of former Philippine president Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as the Human Rights Watch verified and documented : “…..Since 2008 however, the government has successfully prosecuted only four cases of extrajudicial killings, all under the previous administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo….”

What a blatant Lie the Philippine Daily Inquirer have reported as well as the Big Lying Lips of Noynoy and his KKK!

However, even the activist group Bagong Alyasang Makabayan reported not accurately and did not report or proclaim what former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo verified accomplishment regarding Human Rights implementation but avoid reporting it on the same column of the Philippine Daily Inquirer because this activist group is also Anti-GMA activist group.

“The Philippine report is very underwhelming and provides no clear measure of progress in Philippine human rights situation. On the contrary ,the report glosses over the continuing human rights violations such as extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances..”, said by Renato Reyes of Bagong Alayansang Makabayan.

What about the successful four cases of Human Rights upheld-ment as reported and documented by the United Nations Human Rights Watch, Mr.Renato Reyes?

This militant activitist group sometimes their fellow activists groups are the ones who kill and kidnapped and ambushed one another ‘s activists group yet blame everything in the government yet they are the ones who violate their human rights; or in Tagalog, ”Sila- Sila Mismo ang Nagpapatayan..tapus pina sho-shoulder sa government ang kabalastugan at kagaguhan nila..” They are the one who create frequent human violations or frequent extrajudicial killings like killing journalist because these activists group do not like what they hear and read on media and they hire to kill the journalists they hate and loath.

Meanwhile, at the end of this month ,May 2012,or for specific at May 29,2012 the Philippines is set to be interrogated by at least 70 countries in Geneva at the United Nations Human Rights Council through United Nation’s Universal Periodic Review(UPR) that will assess the Philippines to its commitment to implement and ensure human rights.

According to Human Rights Watch, the administration of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III “…has failed to take significant measure to prosecute members of the military, police, and militias implicated in extrajudicial killings, torture, and enforced disappearances…”

The Human Rights Watch found the Aquino administration lacking and lying on their human rights report.

“UN member states should see through the Philippine government’s rhetoric and question the lack of progress on accountability over the past four years, The Universal Periodic Review is an important opportunity to hold the Philippine government to its word.”, said by Elaine Pearson, a deputy Asia director at Human Rights Watch.

Moreover, in particular according to Human Rights Watch, the Philippine government’s claim of human right progress in some areas, take for example, such as training state security forces to respect human right; are just a deflection or excuses and pretensions to cover up (or pa “pogi” lang or panakip-butas) its great failure to investigate, arrest and prosecute those who are really and true responsible for Human Rights abuses.

The worst is, the Aquino administration, just pinpoint anyone it wants to indict without investigating first accurately if the indicted person Noynoy have accused of is the real culprit or not; just like Noynoy foolish indictment to former Philippine president now Pampanga representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Chief Justice Renato Corona.

Philippines in its first Universal Periodic Review (UPR) on the year 2008 (United Nation member states or countries are examined once every four years and now the Philippines will undergo its second examination),according to Human Rights Watch, member countries at then propose a 17 (seventeen) recommendations to the Philippines in order to improve its human rights record that ranges from improving gender rights, eliminate extrajudicial killings wherein the Philippines accepted 11(eleven) of these 17(seventeen) recommendations from member countries, which include “…to completely eliminate torture and extrajudicial killings.. to intensify its efforts to carry out investigations and prosecutions on extrajudicial killings and punish those responsible.” ; but the Philippine government greatly FAIL!

However, according to Human Rights Watch, during the nine years of the administration of former Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, there are four cases of extrajudicial killings that successfully prosecuted.

But on the first year of administration of Noynoy Aquino, according to United Nation’s Human Rights Watch, there are ..”..at least 10(ten) cases of killings and disappearance attributed to the security forces that occurred during Aquino’s first year in office. Not a single suspect has been successfully prosecuted in any of these cases..”

The Universal Periodic Review (UPR) report says that the Philippines is expert in creating Human Rights Task Forces like Task Force Usig,Task Force Against Political Violence, Special Task Force to Address Extrajudicial Killings, and Enforced Disappearance but none of these bodies have successfully done its purpose but all fails; except for only four successful cases at the time or at the administration of former Philippine President now Pampanga Representative Miss Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

“The Philippine government is relentless in its pursuit of creating human rights task forces..if only officials were just as relentless in pursuing the perpetrators of military abuses so that the victims might get justice..Instead of bolstering investigatory capabilities and improving cooperation with civilian authorities the human rights offices of the military and police have downplayed new abuses..”

However, according to Human Rights Office of the Philippine Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP),said in contrast against the United Nations’s Universal Periodical Reviews(UPR) Human Rights Watch reports, “… the absence of prosecutions was because all of the human rights violation cases tagging military personnel were only accusations and did not produce sufficient evidence against soldiers. In line with the AFP’s zero-tolerance for human rights campaign, cases, particularly those on extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearance and torture that informed armed forces officers and personnel are acted upon by Human Rights Officers in accordance with due process of law and the military justice system.”

But the United Nations’ Human Rights Watch contended against the Philippine government’s own human rights report by Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), that “… the military’s Human Rights Office has not revealed the details of the cases that have been investigated and acted upon.. In practice, the military’s Human Rights Office both investigates abuses and publicly defends the military when soldiers are implicated in rights violations – contradictory functions that undermine the office’s credibility..”

Moreover, the Human Rights Watch has urged member countries of the United Nations in the Human Rights Council to make specific and time bound recommendations to the Philippine government that will address impunity and should order “…the police and National Bureau of Investigation to pursue vigorously serious rights violations linked to the security forces. If cases are not properly investigated, the government should take appropriate disciplinary measures for insubordination and undertake criminal investigations for obstruction of justice, graft, or corruption…” and furthermore, the member countries of the United Nations that will instigate the Philippines, recommend to “.. ban all paramilitary and militia forces because of their long and continuing history of serious human rights violations, Human Rights Watch said. While the government asserted in its UPR report that it has “dismantled and neutralized” many “private armies,” it said nothing about state-backed paramilitaries…”,the Human Rights Watch said.

How Fool Is Noy

Is the current Philippine president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III a great fool and troublemaker trying hard to fight the powerful China? How fool is he!

Then, it is the OFWs in China involved on drug muling were sentence to capital punishment or death sentence in China without thorough investigation if they are really involved on the allegations of drug trafficking with PNoy just smirk and do not do anything to save his/her fellow Filipinos [?](actually, he is half-Pinoy and half-Chinese) due to August 23,2011 botched rescue of the Chinese nationals which he snob to give them a consolation and public apology for their lost love ones; and hypocritically visit China for said peace talks for the Spratlys island yet China just trick him and make him dupe for China is still firm in its decision to claim the Sparatlys islands and now the Philippines suffer the consequences of the fury of China because of Noynoy who is “Noynoying” and making rounds of lies ,hypocrisy and arrogance.
The latest curse of China is damp and make it rot the Philippine bananas on the Sino port by refusing the Philippine bananas to be imported into their land; not to mention the impending war of China against Philippine due to Scarborough Shoal issue.

The president of Pilipino Banana Growers and Exporters Association which consist of 18 Mindanao company expressed dismay with the reaction of the Chinese authorities, : “..Mindanao exporters feel we are being harassed…” and state that the banana industry have lost 1 billion.

“I hope this is really not political because we are in the business. We don’t want to believe that the life of the banana industry is threatened by our country’s problem with China…”

Moreover, the Mindanao businessmen complained that their banana business should not tainted with political issue going on with China and Philippines fueled by both parties but mostly heated and intensified by the foolishness and arrogance of Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III beginning his incompetent management of the August 23, 2011 bus hostage incident which left the innocent Chinese nationals lifeless and not help and snob heartlessly by Noynoy when their families ask for consolation and justice.

The blame for Chinese bullying acts is Noynoy and the Mindanao businessmen should stop complaining regarding Chinese authorities reactions toward their banana business but rather rock the seat of presidency of Noynoy who is making troubles against China wherein China just react naturally to depend itself from stupidity of the current Philippine president, wherein the innocent Filipino citizen suffer the consequences of PNoy’s incompetent ruling and messing up with China.

How Fool is Noy is !

Na Siete Si Claudine

Has anyone knows Claudine nowadays? Since she left the TV network ABS-CBN Channel 2,her career becomes spinning down the drain up into no one already know who she is because rough times just shit(Siete)(7) her when she transfer to GMA Channel 7; from flop TV shows into rumor break-ups with her husband actor Raymart Santiago into financial bankruptcy; from her rumor return to TV network ABS-CBN Channel 2;and now into controversial heat up together with her husband Raymart Santiago with columnist Ramon Tulfo at the arrival area of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 last Sunday, May 6,2012.

The brawl started according to reports that when actress Ms. Claudine Barreto reprimanded the flight attendant of the Cebu Pacific Airlines when she found out some of her luggage were missing then she saw an unknown man taking coverage or taking pictures what was happening with her with the flight attendant while she bash loudly in front of the other passengers regarding their missing luggage which according to Ms. Barreto and her group was left or off-loaded by a personnel at Aklan airport without their consent from their Boracay trip when they arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 thru Cebu Pacific Airlines.

Her husband actor Raymart Santiago or Martin Santiago in real life confronted the unknown man taking advantage of her wife bashing acts and found out to be the columnist Ramon Tulfo who happens to be on the arrival area also from his trip from Davao. According to columnist Ramon Tulfo, at first he felt pity for what happened to celebrity couple Raymart and Claudine but change his heart when he saw the tongue lashing acts of Ms. Barreto to an ordinary flight attendant and then took advantage the incident as a journalist who seeks interesting, controversial and juicy reports.

Who the first who took the punch and skirmish was not yet known for the incident is still under investigation, however, both parties blame it’s the other party who started the brawl, thus both file counter charges. Sad to say the incident was not caught by a close circuit television (CCTV) cameras according to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 manager Octavio Lina.

The incident is now the talk of the town and actress Ms. Claudine Barreto’s career just become worst because of the said incident or brawl. Her showbiz career just become more “Shit”(Siete :7) since she transfer to GMA Channel 7 for if it is not why her showbiz becomes lie low.

More unpleasant incidents involving her, her Philippine showbiz career will become doom or she will become one of the forgotten actresses on the Philippine entertainment industry.
